“Friendly local store with staff who truly cares about customers needs! Highly recommended. Went to Warehouse Stationery down the road to look for some stationery, stand up desk and chair mat, walked around for ages looking for staff and nobody was able to help me, staff didn’t take the time or seem interested to help at all. THEN I came to Stationery City and the QUALITY of service received was absolutely excellent! Prices were great too. They also provided postal services there, special thanks to Eric who was very helpful and friendly. It truly shows the difference between a large corporate and a local store who really cares about their customers.”

Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. “I had such a lovely experience at Pandora Albany today! Unfortunately, I don’t know the staff member’s name, but she had long blonde hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills. I came in a bit unsure, but thanks to her guidance I found the perfect piece from the new collection and I loved it so much I wore it straight away! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.”
