   Great range of bags from school bags to suit cases to lunch boxes and much much more. Very happy with my purchase and I can tell quality is very good. I would definitely buy again and would suggest going to the store to look before buying as you can see product with your own eyes and feel the quality, even though online photos are great

   Received something different than what I ordered, have emailed with no response After a couple of weeks I sent the item back and was told the correct one will be sent in the next couple days, another two weeks later I emailed again because I still hadn't received it and they emailed a couple days after that saying, sorry it was sitting in our warehouse. The lunch bag was good but the whole process was annoying

   I appreciate someone giving life a go but this business needs a rethink. Having now received my product and gone back for a better look: - Fake product reviews on the site by the owners. Products with only one review are all the same. - Products are mis-represented in categories. Some of the items in the school bags category are baby bags. - When I received an automated email asking me for feedback there was a note saying "reviewers who leave good feedback will be in the draw to win $100." To their credit they offered a product and it was shipped and received. But the overall experience needs some effort.

   Very happy with the experience, I bought a beautiful bottle,as a Christmas present and am very happy with it. The insulation is great, perfect for enjoying on the beach in the summer, the colour is delightful, and the service is particularly satisfying, the owner is warm and attentive. I will come back next time I choose a gift.
