   Terrible brought a device it brought down with in a month, had brought a extra warranty that states product would be replaced if faulty & the manager wouldn't replace it pretty bad & you can't trust what the staff say. Disappointing store

   Good place to buy all the stationery needs for school. Nice and friendly staff, but I find some items are fairly expensive compared to other similar stores like warehouse stationery or OfficeMax. I would love to support the locally owned business but I am price conscious and I had to go different store for some items to save as much as 40$ for 1 childs full year stationery list. Hence the 4 star review.

   Friendly local store with staff who truly cares about customers needs! Highly recommended. Went to Warehouse Stationery down the road to look for some stationery, stand up desk and chair mat, walked around for ages looking for staff and nobody was able to help me, staff didn’t take the time or seem interested to help at all. THEN I came to Stationery City and the QUALITY of service received was absolutely excellent! Prices were great too. They also provided postal services there, special thanks to Eric who was very helpful and friendly. It truly shows the difference between a large corporate and a local store who really cares about their customers.

   Save your time and most importantly your money. I paid $130 for items that I discovered later it can be sourced in much better quality and price from the Warehouse Stationary for $95. And for the second child i paid $49 while it's way cheaper for $34 Everyone wants a profit but this is a total greed. I wouldn't have cared if it's $5 or even $10 of difference but man this is $50 for worse quality items.

   What a great find this store was. Ended up there by default as other stationary shops were closed (Sunday), this place was open and I'm thrilled it was. Personal, knowledgeable staff that were super helpful, including carrying our purchases out to the car. We bought a chair and when we went to put it together, found a small part was missing. Called them and they said they would courier it out immediately. Happy with that. But what happened next blew us away. One of the great team arrived on our doorstep with the piece, but then came in and put the chair together for us! GREAT service. You should be proud of your team and you have certainly gained a loyal customer.
