It was a terrible shopping experience. I have been immigrating to New Zealand for so many years, but I have never seen such a merchant. I just bought something two days ago, and the tags were still on, but they told me that I couldn't return it. They also told us that their products are not refundable after sale. It is absolutely terrible. This style is so un-New Zealand, so un-New Zealand, so un-New Zealand.

My daughter and I found the lady in the shop to be extremely rude with zero customer service skills. Although she did a decent enough job restringing a necklace for us, her huffing and puffing and rudeness ensured we won’t ever use her services or purchase in her shop ever again.

Excellent selection of beads and various other trinkets, I felt like I was in some sort of crafts wonderland. There are also many crocheted/felted/knitted items for sale as gifts. Would definitely return to buy again!

A beautiful, well managed boutique with great selection for any jewellery making needs, which is so handy to have a physical shop around. Personally I’ve never had a bad experience with the owner. I can always find something inspiring for my own jewellery making here.

Me and my bf went in here on the weekend and made some bracelets with beads to match our eye colours, it was super fun and both the ladies went above and beyond to help us (as we had never done this before). They provided assistance in us being able to sit down and make the bracelets. They were extremely busy but still accommodated us regardless.

Nice shop but overpriced beads mixed with arrogant service. I came in with two boys 8 &4 and was warned multiple times regarding the kids touching the beads, the lady (possibly the owner) started with β€œgentle and do not mixed the beads” to β€œif you break then you need to buy them”, and progressed to physically tapping on my son’s hand when he is touching a bracelet. There were no signs of β€œDo not touch” of any sort and throughout the entire time in the shop my sons have behaved and touched gently without messing up the merchandise; therefore, the tapping felt excessive and hostile. My sons purchased the most expensive beads in the store ($15 for a single bead!) and when I asked for an extra bag to seperate the mixed beads she refused to give out another. Such a shame.

It is clear the owner is knowledgeable about bead making however her customer service made me uncomfortable and reluctant to buy from this store again. The owner answers very literally (she likes to correct what you say) and lack the patience to understand those who may converse differently. Owner needs serious improvement on customer service and social cues.

Great idea, poor execution. I came to this store with hopes of a fun experience making a bookmark, but I was met with condescending and unprofessional behaviour. I would ask questions about the task only to get a responses like, β€œisn’t that obvious”? And β€œhaven’t I already told you this”? This and the impatient mood which came with the experience was not worth the product. Plus, the extra $5 cost to β€œhaving to get the pliers out” seems excessive and lazy. When helping the customer to make jewellery or a bookmark should be the status quo. I do not recommend this store and believe you should spare yourself from an uncomfortable experience.

Attended a beading class and learned a lot. Findings, wire, nylon, pliers etc, It was entertaining and great interaction with the tutor. We got to try lots of different ways of making jewellery eg. Earring, bracelet with metal clasp & a stretch bracelet that we got to keep. I recommend this as a class with friends.

Good shop, but a little to pricey and not very good quality on some products. Some charms have no holes on the hole part. Clasps broken easily. Probably better going to 2 dollar shop. Good store though. Good for a birthday party. Would recommend for dainty gift.
