“I have followed the IOAI for many years and watched the Institute develop into an all round - open minded club that throws politics out the door and lets students learn at their own pace and their own competent level no matter what style they practice in their own dojo. I have brought a few of my own students to his seminars that are packed with so much information and training ideas from some very high tier instructors who are more than willing to help out any and all visitors. Head instructor Sensei Dunken Francis is not afraid to pressure test any techniques and look at cross-training with other styles, something not often found in the dojos with old style attitudes. Highly recommended!”

“At the beginning of the year I had extreme pain in my fingers and arms. I had test after test with doctors and specialists that yielded no conclusive results. Could be carpal tunnel could be due to my Raynaud's issue, but they aren’t really sure of the cause. I have been seeing Xuan Liu for acupuncture and cupping. Her treatments have significantly helped reduce my symptoms and she has been working with me to see if there are other ways to minimise issues. I don’t have enough good things to say about Xuan Liu. She’s amazing!”

This Dr listened to all my concerns and even willing to repeat tests when I requested for it, wherever needed. “Dr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.”

“Been taking Abeeco Natural bee pollen for almost 5 years now. It does cost quite a bit of money but it definitely works, I used to always be susceptible to colds and they’d last almost 2weeks. Now I barely get them and they’re nowhere near as bad! Definitely recommend!”
