   I had an incredible experience with Dr. Karen Parker and Sonographer Merryn Fiarweather. From walking in nervous to walking out relieved and uplifted, they made the whole visit feel amazing. Both are brilliant at what they do, genuinely kind, and have hearts and bedside manners that make you feel seen and cared for. Even just crossing paths with them would leave anyone feeling like their day, and maybe even life, has been a little brighter. Truly exceptional!

   I had a spot check here initially which was thorough and the lady was very lovely! Two days later I was organised to have a surgical removal of a mole by Dr. James Tchernegovski who was incredible!!! He had surgical hands of an angel! He was so kind, listened to every question that I had, was very informative and had wonderful light hearted humor that helped ease my nerves! Him and the lovely nurse assisting in the surgery were both wonderful and made the whole experience much less daunting and actually rather pleasant! Not to mention completely pain free and very thorough!! Thank you soooo much! Will definitely be using skin institute silverdale (in particular this Dr!) again if needed. :)

   If you have a spot of concern ask for Nadine :) I cannot recommend her professional, caring, thorough approach more. She found skin cancer after a doctor had said it was nothing of concern. I would give 5 stars but the surgeon also said its probably nothing of concern, turned out the nurse was right and biopsy came back as skin cancer. Nadine you are a lifesaver! The surgery was so enjoyable. It was quick, thorough, professional and a friendly atmosphere.

   Amazing. Booked in within same day of making appointment. I can not praise Karen Ashworth enough. Knowledgeable, reassuring and beyond kind. Not to mention, she completely treated a lesion I had for almost a decade. This place is the best!

   This is a great clinic - have been there twice for getting squamous "horns " cut out. David Lim and the nurse (apologies I don't have her name) are exceptionally nice and make the whole experience so OK. Look forward to going there! Thank you. Have had these procedures many times, and these people are the best!
