   I have been working with Active Plus for several months. During this time, my physiotherapist (Isabelle) has been incredibly kind and supportive, and I truly appreciate her help throughout my recovery. I would also like to acknowledge Vicki, the receptionist, who is such a lovely person and always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. However, my experience with the occupational therapist has not been as positive.

   Fantastic team! Customer service is great! I have never been to Physio… I hate going to medical facilities… because I fear that most of the staff, from Doctors to Receptionist doesn’t have the heart to their patients. But Active Silverdale is such a great place and I highly recomment it! Vicki, the receptionist, is such a lovely person and Pierre, is a very professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist. They are very easy to talk to and their facility is clean and tidy.
