Jay is a wizard, he can accurately tell which parts of the body aren't working properly just by lightly touching, and the treatment tools used (shockwave & laser) work so well, has really helped my back, knees & ankles. The website is also really easy to use for booking appointments, and such a friendly & knowledgeable team. :)
I'm relatively new to Absolute Health but so glad to have chosen them to treat me. I have had nothing but great treatment to date and without Jay trusting his gut and referring me for a scan I may not have received other treatment I needed.

Strained my middle foot on a Sunday, could no longer walk, got appointment with Jay right the next day, Treatment incl. Laser (which I thought of as dubious) BUT could walk (uncomfortly) right afterwards, no pain during night. Next day I could walk without pain, the day thereafter I had full use of the foot again. Feels like a miracle. Highly recommend the Laser treatment!

After trying an Osteo, Chiropractor, Acupuncture and a different Physio I had all but given up on resolving a long standing issue with my back. I was resigned to living with the injury for life when Jay convinced me to try the shockwave therapy. The back issue was resolved quickly and hasn’t returned. Jay is extremely professional and client focussed. He went above and beyond fitting me in around my busy schedule. Absolute Health is the only Physio I will go to in the future. Thanks Jay.
