As my first visit to the Clinic, I found the staff welcoming and efficient. Dr Denby was professional in all aspects and is a first class specialist. I would recommend Dr Denby very highly to anyone.

Excellent clinic. Friendly and professional team, non-judgemental.

Reception is generally okay, but when I made an urgent prescription repeat request via myIndci, it said there might be a $15.00 fee. To my surprise, it meant ON TOP OF A SEPARATE FEE. I got charged $75.00 for the script for my medication, which included my inhaler. When I asked to unenroll, they said I couldn't (???). Why not just book me in for a consult if I'm already giving you that much? Absolutely insane pricing. Overall, it's mostly an issue with the portal, but if you're using it and it's inaccurate, it's yours to deal with. Two stars because the female doctors I spoke with were lovely and reception was never overly rude.

I am not one who usually submit a bad review, but this time it was really a disappointment I have to write one. Thursday, April 1. It was my first visit to this practice after moving to the area. I made the appointment through the online portal. As I was registered for this particular practice. I put in my baby's detail, I typed that she has been having runny nose for a week. Submitted, received sms confirmation. Appoinment at 10.45, we arrived at 10.35, reported to the front desk, asked to wait. At 11.15, another lady (who was the site leader) came and told us that we must leave because my baby is having runny nose. She was very rude in my opinion. She kept mentioning that it is stated in the online portal that if you have runny nose you shouldn't come to the satellite clinic, but to Silverdale medical instead. I said I'm sorry but I have missed that. With very rude tone she said: "you should go as walk in patient. You must not be here. You must leave. Did the other lady told you? Did she ask you any questions?" I said, "no" she continued "I will talk to her about this, you cannot be here". Not even a word sorry for making you wait for so long. I left the place immediately after that. I am not saying that I'm 100% right (I may have missed the notification about the runny nose, will check again once their system is up) but I honestly don't have the intention to put other patients or the medical staff at risk. I simply wasn't aware and in our previous GP practice and at shore care it was not a problem (I completely understand that every practice has different rules). And my disappointment was the rude tone given by the site leader lady. She didn't give me any helpful solution. Telling us to go to the busy main clinic at Silverdale medical as walk in patient with my 10months old baby was not helpful at all. Went home and tried to made another appointment online at Silverdale medical but no luck, their online system has been down. Unfortunately the next day is long weekend and GP practice doesn't open until next Tuesday. So I took my baby to shore care medical, excellent service as always, no fuss about "runny nose can't enter the clinic". Disclaimer: I have not been overseas for the past 14days (or 1 plus year), have not been in contact with person from overseas too, have been very cautious about my family health in this whole covid-19 situation.
