   Got booked for 1pm on the phone. Got called by the receptionist at 1235 saying I was late and should’ve been there 5 minutes ago to fill out forms. I never got told to be there 30 minutes early. I told her I would be there at 1250. We had to drive an hour with an 8 month old to get there. Arrived at 1250 and filled the forms out in 5 minutes before my 1pm appointment. Sat there till 1.25pm with a busted knee when I finally asked why I hadn’t been seen the receptionist told me my spot had been replaced by someone else. Such poor communication particularly with the receptionist clearly seeing I couldn’t walk and being told we had our baby with us for such an expensive activity. The actual MRI was fine.
