   My 9 years old son was urgently referred to Silverdale Family Dentists for two teeth extraction due to an abscess. Dr. Abeer Al-Sammak squeezed my son in his schedule and did a tremendous job. My son was anxious and nervous, but Dr. Abeer clearly knew how to deal with it. The procedure went very well, the Doctor was calm and professional. We are also grateful to the assistants, who helped us in this challenging situation. All the people we met in the clinic were kind and supportive. Thank you very much for your work and professionalism.

   I had an extremely positive experience with my 7 year old son who was referred to Silverdale Family Dentists for a tooth extraction. The consultation was very thorough and the dentist also sort a second opinion from a college to ensure the best treatment for my son. My son was highly anxious and was fairly uncooperative so the procedure was definitely a challenge for everyone involved. The care my son received was professional, empathetic and efficient. A highly stressful time for myself and my son was made so much easier with the kindness and compassion we were shown. The dentist also checked in on us later that day and a few days later. A very thorough service. Highly recommend if you need any dental advice or care for your child.

   It was my daughters first time stepping foot into a dental clinic and as soon as we walked in the door we felt welcomed and at ease, from reception to getting the procedure every step was thoroughly explained and every question answered. It helped my 5 year old feel safe and myself also. She also couldn’t stop talking about how nice they were. I just want to thank the team at silverdale family dentists for everything, it really was as good of an experience as it could have been.

   Had a great experience, dentist a very professional and supportive. Just trust the dentist and process :) , stay calm for your child is my advice. Daughter (8year old) had two sedation treatments and came out saying she didn’t feel anything, she forgot what had happened during the sedation, so she had a positive experience. She is a drama queen normally so it was great to see the process go so smoothly. Definitely recommend this place they are clear on the cost and what to expect. Far for me to travel but all worth it in the end
