“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!”

“This is my go to shopping place. The prices are awesome. Most Grocery items are cheaper than the supermarket. Seriously check this out you will be pleasantly surprised. Staff are great, parking is a breeze. Theres something for everyone no matter the age.”

“Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”

“Shine On customer service is the best. Every time I have been in their Mt Roskill store the girls are so friendly and helpful. My last visit I was served by Selina who was amazing and went out of her way to help me, very impressed by her professional, friendly and helpful manner. Anything ordered online has arrived very promptly and never any issues if I need to exchange it. Love their clothes, always a great variety and good quality. One of my favorite stores.”

“Loved my pregnancy massage it was my first time visiting Bella Mama and I’ll definitely be back for a massage - The massage was a gift and package I wasn’t 100% sure what was included so thought I’d just see what it entailed- it may have been nice for staff to clarify the package when I arrived or explained the steps of what to expect before the massage started ( I know I could’ve asked too but thought I’d just see how it all went- sometimes it was a bit hard to understand exactly what my therapist was saying possibly due to the accent but that was minor some other potential aspects of the experience that could do with slight consideration in my opinion, instead of moving to a “sleep” room after the massage I would’ve preferred to stay laying in the room where the massage took place even jsut for 10-15 mins the move to the other room for snacks, as your so relaxed and could just nod off but once you get up it was hard to get back into that relaxed sleep mode again, in the sleep room the ambience was lost as no music like there was in the waiting room/massage room all I could hear was the workers walking around the hard wood floors and receptionist talking on the phone again not quite as tranquil to encourage sleep, maybe a sleep eye mask would be been nice - snacks could be improved slightly e.g maybe an added pregnancy focused cookie or nutritious mini smoothie (maybe a place for a supplier to promote a pregnancy/lactation drink) or an option to choose your desired tea. Overall the massage was brilliant and staff were super lovely felt looked after with the extra pillows to support my pregnant bump highly recommend the massage, the sleep part of the package not really needed in my opinion save your money unless your really a deep sleeper that can nod off easily”

“Beautiful soft merino, lovely designs, they wear so well and keep my bubs warm and cosy! Some of their pieces have been so beautiful I’m guilty of buying them in every size so my little one can wear them for years. I do find the baby sizes seem to run small so I’d recommend sizing up to get the most wear out of them. Sizing for the kids clothes seems to run true to size.”

“A couple of years ago I had a ball and my original dress didn't work out. It was super last minute and Oh Rent Me saved the day. I contacted them directly and they were so helpful and nice, they sent it that afternoon, I got it the next day and was sorted for the ball! I've used them many times since and it's always been super easy and a good experience. I definitely recommend them!”

“Absolutley love this place - such a good range of prices to suit anyone's budget , and the shop owner is so so lovely and helpful. I ended up purchasing my dress, veil and coat from here for my wedding and I was absolutley in love. I even rented my petticoat from here, and they helped me with some simple alterations to the bottom of my dress. Overall absolutley highly reccomend, and I felt like a real princess on my wedding day.”
