   I caught an Excellent sale at the New Lynn Baby Factory this w/end & was Sooo Happy !! .. I got lovely toddlers quality jumpers for $8 that had been $29 previously. The staff helped me a great deal for sizing as I dont have kiddies & needed a good gift. I will always return !!! Website & Staff Terrific !!!

   I was in the store today buying some things for my son and the lady who served me was very friendly, attentive and even helped me carry things in the car. It was the best service I have ever received at the baby factory. The other stores I've been to have never given me good service. Most of the time they never even offered me assistance. I was enchanted by the baby factory in New Lynn. Thanks

   Visited 1100 on a Friday. Lots of parking, easy to find, not busy at all. I came specifically to purchase a belly bandit for my daughter, who is 27 weeks pregnant. Medium/large store with tidy, clear signage, easy layout. The best thing was the customer service from the lady at the counter. She was equally attentive to everyone in the store, so helpful and thoughtful. Feedback on the belly bandit so far is 10/10. My girl felt instant relief

   Full stars to the staff. Nothing but super helpful every time I went shopping. This review is solely for the inconvenient customer policy of the management. Point 1. Why don't you accept returned products without a receipt? You have POS for a reason so that you can track it. Point 2. If, for any reason, the box is a minor damage, you don't accept the product! This is stupidity at its best. You have to look at the product's condition and not a box. Arranging another box is your headache, not customers! Point 3. No refund! Why? A customer is paying through their nose, and secondly, no one buys the product to return! The intent is to use what comes in my next point Point 4. Don't accept anything with tags off! When we buy the product, we are sure it will fit, and in rare cases, it doesn't. Being such a big brand, you haven't empowered your employees to make a new label (use a label machine) simply From a customer point of view, policies are for the convenience of both the management and the customer and to avoid malpractice, not otherwise.
