Best bra shop in NZ, I have been coming here for around 10 years. I absolutely hate bra shopping, but the lovely Emma was a huge help in store today and I ended up walking away with something nice. 5 star service, Thankyou :)
I had an amazing experience at Avokado today. I was helped by Emma and she made me feel so comfortable. Emma had fantastic product knowledge and showed me a great range of bras - both sports and everyday. She listened to my needs and showed me things that she thought I'd like (which I did :D ). I left with 2 new bras and couldn't be happier!
Finally found a place that actually caters to us bigger bust girlies. The service here is oustanding & they actually help you find the perfect bra. The variety of sports bras here is so good. Thanks to both ladies who helped me today. The bra i got is so comfortable for the gym. I will definitely be returning & recommending to my family & friends.
So much variety and a lovely shop. The true 5 stars are for the staff, I absolutely hate bra shopping, it is a stressful, anxious experience for me, but the staff here make me feel so comfortable and normal every single time im there. I cant sing their praises enough, they are so helpful and friendly it makes a scary experience much better!

"Welcome to Avokado, with the best lingerie & swimwear brands exclusively for D cup and above." this is what comes up when you google them but its completely false. The sizes run very small so go up a couple band and cup sizes if you want it to fit. The store manager is rude and unwilling to help in anyway. Waste of time going to the store as they don't even do a bra fitting properly they just play the guessing game of "hmmm I think this one will fit" and when it doesn't they will get a different size and try again. Poor quality lots of threads hanging out everywhere. I wish I had read the reviews first as I wouldn't have waste my time.
Always have what I need, great place with incredible knowledgeable staff for chics with plus size cups,been going here for years and they will order in if you can't find what you need ☺️
As someone that can only shop at one store for their size, customer service is really important. Since I started coming here the staff have become better and better. The younger staff are always amazing. One of the older staff members last year commented that I gained weight, which was unnecessary and uncalled for. It really depends on who is working that day. The range is still quite small for certain styles which can be limiting.
