Didn’t get to wear the dress. Arrived smelling very strongly of laundry powder. Owner tried to say they don’t claim to dry clean even though it’s mentioned multiple times on their website. Also told me my sensitivities aren’t their problem. Rude and misleading.

Really poor customer service today. Girl behind the desk just pointed to the size racks and that was it. Never once tried to help us find a dress or at least figure out what the occasion for renting a dress was. Definitely gave a vibe of she couldn't be bothered assisting. Won't be back.
Have rented from Oh Rent Me twice now; amazing service, super quick, and the dresses are in amazing condition and lots to choose from. Their prices are very competitive as well compared to other dress hire companies. I will always go with Oh Rent Me! Xx
The best rental store I’ve hired from. I went in to find something for my baby shower and the girls helped me so much threw so many options in the room for me. I also like the vibe and everyone is really friendly. They’re also cost effective and have such a variety of beautiful items for different shapes and sizes!
Amazing dress range including sizes 12+ which was awesome. I was running late and went in-person to the store at 3pm on a Saturday when they close at 4 but I was welcomed in and encouraged to use the changing rooms and did not feel rushed at all. Was able try all the dresses I liked and found a great one. The process of hiring the dress was SO EASY and transparent, the service was super friendly. I wore the dress that night and it was so comfy and I got so many compliments, despite being above size 8-10 I looked snatched, the dress just did all the right things. Return was just as easy, again I did it in-person and got a $5 refund for returning the postal bag! Would 100% recommend to everyone who wants a fancy, branded, more expensive dress to hire but can’t afford to buy them flat out. At first I was sceptical about spending money just to hire but it is so worth it for the quality and the ease when you have events you need to look good at but no idea what to wear. There’s so many dresses in their store I want to hire out one day, definitely going back for future events!
Customer service was on point, love the fact that you can go in store and try on before you rent the dress. Nothing left to chance. The range of designer dresses to choose from was next level. Highly recommend.
A couple of years ago I had a ball and my original dress didn't work out. It was super last minute and Oh Rent Me saved the day. I contacted them directly and they were so helpful and nice, they sent it that afternoon, I got it the next day and was sorted for the ball! I've used them many times since and it's always been super easy and a good experience. I definitely recommend them!
