   Products are great but customer service needs more work.. One of the ladies instore was rude, cant even greet customers. Don’t work infront if you can’t be bothered. The other 2 were amazing though. Asked if I needed help. Also, rang the store a few times, no one ever answers the phone.

   As an admirer of the quality of products and a frequent patron across your Newmarket and more recently Grey Lynn store, I was left with a sour taste with my recent interaction with a member of staff during purchase at your Grey Lynn store. After purchasing multiple products, the cashier asked if she could " wrap our items in cloth" and if " we had enough hands " to carry the purchase out of the store. Not at any point during the interaction were we asked if we wanted a bag and as we were carrying our baby, that would have been very welcome. This was further aggravated by the fact that other customers with single items were given bags without any hesitancy. I would hate to think this was a case of cultural insensitivity.
