Possibly the best customer service experience I have had in Aotearoa. I had managed on poorly fitting and low quality bras since moving here because I didn't think I'd be able to replace my favourite Canadian bra shop (Broad Lingerie on the Danforth in Toronto). Praise be: I found Teresa. I sent a query via the website on Christmas Eve and Teresa called me right back. She did a fitting over the phone based on a bra I currently owned and how long I'd had it. She suggested I size down a touch. I ordered shortly after Christmas and the new, perfectly fitting Panache sports bra arrived, I think, overnight? Is that possible? A gorgeous, comfortable, well fitting and appropriately priced Christmas present to myself. Thank you, Teresa! I shall be back, virtually for now and then in person next time I'm in TΔmaki Makaurau. Highly recommended.
