   Loved my pregnancy massage it was my first time visiting Bella Mama and I’ll definitely be back for a massage - The massage was a gift and package I wasn’t 100% sure what was included so thought I’d just see what it entailed- it may have been nice for staff to clarify the package when I arrived or explained the steps of what to expect before the massage started ( I know I could’ve asked too but thought I’d just see how it all went- sometimes it was a bit hard to understand exactly what my therapist was saying possibly due to the accent but that was minor some other potential aspects of the experience that could do with slight consideration in my opinion, instead of moving to a “sleep” room after the massage I would’ve preferred to stay laying in the room where the massage took place even jsut for 10-15 mins the move to the other room for snacks, as your so relaxed and could just nod off but once you get up it was hard to get back into that relaxed sleep mode again, in the sleep room the ambience was lost as no music like there was in the waiting room/massage room all I could hear was the workers walking around the hard wood floors and receptionist talking on the phone again not quite as tranquil to encourage sleep, maybe a sleep eye mask would be been nice - snacks could be improved slightly e.g maybe an added pregnancy focused cookie or nutritious mini smoothie (maybe a place for a supplier to promote a pregnancy/lactation drink) or an option to choose your desired tea. Overall the massage was brilliant and staff were super lovely felt looked after with the extra pillows to support my pregnant bump highly recommend the massage, the sleep part of the package not really needed in my opinion save your money unless your really a deep sleeper that can nod off easily

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a postnatal massage here ( Ormiston Branch) and it was absolutely wonderful! The therapist Rachel was very professional and caring, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The massage really helped relieve my back and shoulder pain, and I felt so much more relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. The place was clean, peaceful, and perfect for new mums who need time to recover. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a postnatal massage — such a great experience!

   I had an amazing post natal massage 9 weeks after my c-section. It was a wonderful massage with very good care. I even fell a sleep for a short period of time. The ultimate relaxation! Good focus on my back and arm, which is very helpful now that I'm breastfeeding.

   Had a lovely experience at Bella Mama. I had the full bloom package and was 32 weeks pregnant when I went for my massage. It was extremely relaxing, they were very thoughtful and generous. They put in a lot of effort to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to any expecting mamas who need a bit of relaxing and pampering.
