He was very patient to us and always does his best to correct our form and techniques. I didn't realize that learning swimming even as an adult could be this fun. From day one, everything I’ve ordered has been smooth and hassle-free. When a PLM Superlow Seat Rail Kit arrived with a bent bracket, they sorted it out right away. Later on, I had an issue with 2 front brake rotors (after holding onto them for a while during a full brake rebuild and upgrade + master cyl upgrade). I asked to return them, and they accepted and refunded me—no drama at all Since then, I’ve spent a lot with them across 2024 and 2025, and they’ve consistently been professional and transparent. One part was air-freighted, and when I asked for an update, they told me exactly where it was in the process. Their communication is excellent—via email, their website, and even over the phone. If you're unsure about something, their technical knowledge and support are top-tier. Theyre clearly passionate about cars, and it shows not just in their service but also in the welcoming and friendly events they host for the community. They’re a reputable company I fully trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in NZ that needs parts.”

“Our child has been attending Kindercare Warkworth since they were 6 months old, they're just under 2 now and we can't speak more highly of our and their experience thus far. The Kaiako are friendly and loving, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and they do so many interactive activities throughout the day, no matter the weather. It's also so nice to not have to worry about packing food as meals and snacks are all covered. We've watched our child go from strength to strength with their movement, confidence, speech and everything else. On the very rare occasion that there have been issues, they've been resolved promptly and professionally and we've been involved every step of the way. We feel confident that our child is in a safe and nurturing environment and absolutely recommend Kindercare Warkworth to anyone looking for a fantastic daycare.”

“My daughter started at KinderCare Constellation with very little English, and I was worried about how she would adjust. Howard, her Lead Teacher, has been incredibly responsible and caring. Kay has also been very responsible, always replying to my emails on time and in detail, which I greatly appreciate as a parent. After just three weeks, my daughter told me she likes Howard, and she has also made many new friends in the class. This gave us so much relief as parents, knowing she is both happy and supported. The staff’s patience, communication, and encouragement have really helped her feel comfortable. We also enjoy the daily updates and pictures, which keep us connected to her day. “After visiting many centres, including some way closer to home, I can fully vouch for New Shoots Greenhithe. Everything is welcoming there: the teachers, the staff and the space. It is open, peaceful, full of light and surrounded by nature. I felt very supported on the early weeks where everything was new. Now, after 6 months, I can confidently say that NSGH was the best decision we could have made. I am amazed to see how my daughter is thriving, learning new things everyday, having fun no matter the weather outside. I can feel in our daily interactions how much the teachers and other staff care for her and she also shows she loves to be there by happily talking about them all the time. I highly and honestly recommend them.”

“If you are considering doing Ballet as an adult, this is honestly the place to do it! They have so many different options for classes and I was so happy to find a studio that has the option of structured syllabus-style learning. The teachers are wonderful and make sure they know their students well so they can help progress them in a way that is unique to each individual. The community is very friendly and welcoming too. One of my favourite parts about dancing here is the annual show! We actually get to perform on a stage in a theatre with costumes and everything! It's optional of course, and we spend months preparing. Any one from any level is able to participate in it and it's an incredible journey to be apart of, and it's a time when the whole community is able to get together and support each other as it's no easy task, but one that is very rewarding in my opinion. All in all, I often find myself counting down the days until my next class. Cannot recommend DFLA enough!”

It’s a wonderful, big, happy and exciting environment for the kids while also being surprisingly calm, and the teachers are truly wonderful. They have all been so kind and caring and have really helped to ease the transition for our daughter who has been nervous about starting kindy. You can tell that they are all truly caring and wonderful teachers. The centre also has a great routine with the kids and is well managed and privately owned which I think is a big benefit. “My daughter started Love and Joy a week after she turned one. She is 19 months now.We can see how much her language has developed over the last few months. She can speak so well and clearly although we are bilingual. She sings most of the rhymes with actions. She has become independent sleeping , eating and also can solo play if needed. She is very social and interactive with people she meets. We have also noticed that she cleans up after play and puts things back in her place. Thanks to Lee and her team of amazing, caring and nurturing teachers. They make sure that the child has eaten, slept and well looked after. Also, my son who is now in school went to Love and Joy . “This centre truly deserves more than just 5 stars. Phoebe and her incredible team are amazing with the kids. I have a non-verbal 4-year-old daughter, and since she started here, she has become so much more vocal! She even puts her own shoes away at home and washes her hands with soap. My autistic child used to struggle with following instructions, but since joining BSMC last year, she's made tremendous progress. Believe me when I say, I tried nearly 10 different centres before finding this one. From the moment I walked in, I felt something different, and I knew this was the right place for my girl. The staff are so patient and understanding with her. She absolutely loves going to daycare and always says "excited" when I drop her off. They make her feel safe and loved, and as a parent, what more could you ask for?”
