From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to support my daughter, especially with her speech delay. The aroha, patience, and dedication they’ve shown has made such a positive impact on her confidence, development, and sense of belonging. Every kaiako there treats each child with such genuine care and respect, and it shows in the nurturing environment they’ve created.    Rānui Kindergarten has been a second home for my daughter, Maiden. From the moment we stepped through the gates, I knew she was in the right place. The kaiako are warm, welcoming, and genuinely connected with each child — and I mean each. Most tamariki have one favourite teacher, but Maiden has built strong bonds with all of them, which speaks volumes about the love and manaakitanga in this space. Since starting at Rānui Kindy, she’s come out of her shell — her confidence, creativity and independence have all grown beautifully. I’ve seen her voice become stronger, her imagination flourish, and her pride in her culture deepen. The team do more than just “teach” — they uplift and nurture the whole child. Every day is filled with meaningful learning, fun exploration, and aroha. The outdoor area is stunning, the routines are calm and supportive, and the whānau feel is real. I'm so grateful for everything Rānui Kindy has done for Maiden. She's thriving — and I honestly believe the foundation she’s getting here will set her up for life.    I sent 2 of my kids here. My oldest boy left for primary at the beginning of the year and 2nd son is currently there. One of the best kindergartens I have taken my kids to. teachers are wonderful and you can see they treat every single kid like their own. my boys come home happy!! Great environment ! Great play areas ! Great communication! teachers are professional and make you feel comfortable. I am definitely sending my daughter here once it’s her time.
