Absolutely wonderful place with great support especially if you are a new parent. This place really stood out to us and we were treated with such warmth and understanding. The Director -Riya always had time for our questions and the teachers are amazing! No complaints!
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this daycare – it truly feels like a second home for our children. The team has been absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond, especially when it comes to making special events like birthdays memorable. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating. It’s clear how much they genuinely care about the children, and our kids have absolutely loved their time here. The only reason we’re leaving is because we’re moving to Australia, and honestly, one of the hardest parts of this move is having to take our children out of a place where they feel so safe, happy, and comfortable. We’ll forever be grateful for the love and support this daycare has given our family. Thank you for everything – we’ll miss you dearly!
We've had such a wonderful experience with New Shoots Greenhithe. The teachers are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. The centre has a welcoming, vibrant environment with fantastic learning spaces—both indoors and outdoors. Our child absolutely loves going each day and has blossomed socially and emotionally. Communication with parents is great too. Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and enriching early learning centre!
After visiting many centres, including some way closer to home, I can fully vouch for New Shoots Greenhithe. Everything is welcoming there: the teachers, the staff and the space. It is open, peaceful, full of light and surrounded by nature. I felt very supported on the early weeks where everything was new. Now, after 6 months, I can confidently say that NSGH was the best decision we could have made. I am amazed to see how my daughter is thriving, learning new things everyday, having fun no matter the weather outside. I can feel in our daily interactions how much the teachers and other staff care for her and she also shows she loves to be there by happily talking about them all the time. I highly and honestly recommend them.
New shoots Greenhithe has been amazing for my son. The team there are always friendly and helpful, and my son absolutely loves being there. They do so many activities from the arts and play, to learning language, science and numbers as they progress through to preschool. The food is always incredible and a great variety on offer to build developing palates.
We are so happy we moved to New Shoots Greenhithe and would highly recommend them. We weren’t sure how we’d go moving our son after he’d been at his previous centre for less than 6 months. But the team at Greenhithe were so supportive and showed so much care and kindness which made the transition a really great experience. The centre is so nice and modern, with great indoor spaces and an amazing outdoor area which our son loves! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly which makes the overall experience so great.
My husband and I recently started sending our 3 month old daughter to New Shoots Greenhithe and we have been so stoked with the amazing teachers and facilities. They have made the whole process (which was very daunting and emotional) relaxed and welcoming - it’s been so reassuring to us to have such great communication and see how well cared for and loved our baby is. Every day when we collect her she is so full of smiles and she’s getting so many special experiences with the other kids. A big thank you to Riya and Katie in particular who have been so lovely and kind to us. We love sending Billie here and highly recommend to anyone!
Our son currently attends Newshoots in Greenhithe and we could not recommend them enough. We absolutely love this centre, its facilities and how caring, supportive & kind each of the teachers & staff members are. Particularly in supporting his learning & development. We are so thankful for such a wonderful environment for him to be at and surrounded by fantastic people.
I highly recommend this daycare to any parent. My daughter went to the centre over a year and sadly we moved out from the area and had to withdraw her. I went to see over 20 daycare centres before I put my baby and this is the best out of all the centres. The location, qualified friendly teachers, awesome staff, lovely food, modern learning methods, resources everything exceeds our expectations.
From the moment you enter this centre there is a warm welcome from the manager, the reception, the chef and all the way through to my sons room, every single morning, it’s lovely. The centre is absolutely beautiful, lots of natural open space and super light rooms. I found it really hard to leave my son and even at times when I felt emotional I had such amazing support from the teachers. Riya and Robin have been amazing throughout our transition and they treat my son with the utmost respect and care, I cannot thank them enough. There is fresh cooked and baked food every day and it’s clear to see the chef is very passionate about what she does. It smells amazing everyday. I feel confident my son is in the best hands every time I leave him. He is so happy when I collect him. Kristen is a great manager and is often within the centre engaging with the children. Iv seen her giving many cuddles to the children, she’s super warm and caring. The culture and attitude of the team here is amazing and it’s clearly trickling down from the top. I cannot recommend this centre enough!
