But above all, the Hilton Brown team always stands by their students — helping, encouraging, and working together for their progress. As a parent, I know that unexpected situations can happen, but this team never overlooks them. They always respond with genuine care and go above and beyond to provide the best support for each student. The more I communicate with the team, the more trust and appreciation I feel. Hilton Brown is truly an outstanding swim school.

   Great baby swim classes. Instructors are very kind and knowledgeable. Classes can feel a bit repetitive, but honestly I think that’s what the babies need! It’s been so great to see our little one become more confident in the water. Pool is a really good temperature and they have heaters about the change tables to keep the babies warm. Would highly recommend!

   We tried other pools closer to our house, but we always returned to Hilton Brown in Newmarket. The teachers are great and really teach the kids a love for water. Ask for Richie, he’s the best!

   Great place for kids to learn swimming. There’s a dedicated kids’ pool, and it’s connected to the Olympic swimming pool, so it feels very spacious. We loved that you can hang around a bit before or after your lesson so the baby can enjoy some extra time in the spa pool. The changing mats are super comfy, and our baby actually lay still on them (which never happens!). Most of the teachers and staff are super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience really enjoyable.

   I am taking my 5 months old child to Hilton Brown swimming and it is absolutely wonderful place for new swimmers. There are Tadpools available for basic learners as well as separate lanes for experienced swimming. Swimming lessons are available too. Staff is friendly, helpful and cooperative. Hilton brown provides free class for babies upto 6 months. Though they always have waitlist so please enrol in advance. Highly recommended.

   Seriously disappointed with the service given by the trainer to my son.. trainer was literally ignoring my son.. and top of that didn’t even encourage him to do any thing. My son did nothing at the end of the session.. poor quality of trainers. STRONGLY SUGGEST TO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE SPECIALLY ALL SINGLE PARENTS … ur money will be wasted what they actually want ..

   The Hilton Brown team are awesome and made it so much fun getting comfortable in the water with my 3 month old. The little touches like heaters over the change tables and easy access to the pool are fab and would highly recommend to new mums and dads who want their babies safe and comfortable in the water!

   The classes are cute but the Newmarket pool is noisy with three other lanes of lessons in the learner pool at the same time. Can't hear the teacher and distracting and tiring for infants. Expensive for the overall quality.
