   A Transformational Kundalini Yoga Experience with Leila at Yoga Within I recently had the privilege of attending Leila's Kundalini Yoga class at Yoga Within, and I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience. As someone who had never tried Kundalini Yoga before, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a truly transformative practice. Leila's guidance and expertise in Kundalini Yoga were truly exceptional. From the moment I entered the studio, her warm and welcoming energy made me feel instantly at ease. She created a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the practice. Although Kundalini Yoga can seem different at first, Leila's teaching style and insightful explanations made it easy to understand and embrace. The various kriyas (exercises) and meditations were powerful and unique, and they helped me tap into a profound sense of inner strength and connection. What struck me the most was the incredible energy that flowed through me during the practice. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. With every movement, breath, and mantra, it was a truly uplifting and rejuvenating experience. Leila's class has left such a lasting impression on me that I genuinely wish there were more Kundalini sessions available. The practice not only benefits the physical body but also nourishes the mind and nourishes the spirit. I have found myself incorporating the techniques I learned in her class into my daily routine, and it has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. If you're open to trying something different and seeking a powerful and transformative yoga practice, I cannot recommend Leila's Kundalini Yoga class at Yoga Within enough. It is a rare and precious opportunity to delve into the depths of your being, unlock your potential, and embrace the beautiful energy that flows through us all.    This place feels like home, tranquil and welcoming. The yoga practice is doable but leaves room for challenge if you wish. Participated in a few yoga retreat as well organised by Jess, always very pleasant and great group of people. On the afternoons I really enjoy Abbey’s flow, awesome teachers!

   Yoga within is a true gem! An oasis in Browns Bay. This place is what community is about...open and accepting. I've been doing yoga for many years and some studios can make you feel overwhelmed or not good enough. Yoga Within's teachers offer so many options and the classes have people of different abilities, so everyone can get something from it. All the equipment is provided and is always clean and the studio always smells great and has such a relaxing atmosphere! I loved it so much, that I moved my business right next door...best decision i've ever made :) LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I was once crippled with pain and could hardly walk from Rheumatoid Arthritis now i am 100% pain free Not only has my life been transformed but I have witnessed many souls being renewed through the powerful teachings at YOGA WITHIN I have lost weight,gained strength and my mind,body & soul have aligned with pure Love and Peace Together with her world class teachers KIM WEST, RANI MICHELLE and GRACE BELL I say once again Peace Peace Peace and Thank you for bringing me HOME Namaste

   What a divine yoga studio! The vibe and community here is just wonderful. I love doing yoga and looking out to the sea, it is magical! The teachers are really lovely and make you feel comfortable. Very caring. The yoga is really nice too, proper traditional yoga. The 6am Hatha Sunrise class this morning was amazing! My body felt awakened and nourished all over at the end of the class looking over the pink horizon. They have lovely tea, props and it is a beautifully laid out space.
