“I am a massive fan of Valka Yoga products. I purchased my mat about a year ago and it still looks like new. I absolutely LOVE it and I use it everyday. It has such a beautiful energy that I usually leave it out ready for tomorrow, instead of packing it away. It’s inspirational! Also, I highly recommend the copper drink bottles. After about a year of use my husband and I continue to use these everyday and we’re 100,000% satisfied with the quality. They’re truly forever bottles. I have the copper bracelet too, but it’s now a part of me, I forgot about it, so it’s not in the photo. I get a lot of comments because it’s so dainty compared the ugly copper bracelets you see at pharmacies. Finally, EVERYONE needs to buy a yoga belt. These days we spend so much time on devices… I’ve noticed that even teens are looking hunchbacked. I’m hyper flexible so don’t really use it in my yoga routine, but I couldn’t live without it as a posture brace. There are so many YouTube tutorials showing how to use a belt for posture correction/back pain and it’s also my to go to for shoulder stretches. “I have been going to EMT for almost half a year now and I have seen great improvement in my maths. One big thing is that when I joined EMT I needed help for my year 10 numeracy exams. With only a few weeks left to the exams EMT managed to help boost my performance and confidence in math. “I'm Evelyn and I've had the utter delight and privilege of taking Levels One and Two with Juliet Furness this year, and I could not be more grateful. Her approach to teaching the art of acting is unique, insightful, surprising, playful and effective. The classes are more like master classes in what it means to be an authentic human being. I have felt empowered, invigorated and inspired by her classes. She makes everyone feel valued and included. She is enthusiastic, frank, generous and fully present with us. I felt quite bereft at the end of each term... missing my weekly fix of community, of risk taking, of growing as a human being and of feeling safe as well as challenged. I have signed up for Level Three now and I may well go back and do all three levels again next year. They each offer different gifts that complement each other, and some refreshingly different adjustments. Juliet's classes sneak up on you in the way they enhance your acting skills..... i am reminded of working with an Alexander technique body worker, who suggested that in my goal to achieve a straighter back and a more open ribcage I should forget about pulling my shoulders back and forcing myself into a more upright and military type posture because all this would achieve would be more muscular tension elsewhere. Instead she suggested i imagine a 'clavicle smile'.....simply imagining a friendly smile across my collar bone and this transformed my walk and my posture and Juliet achieves similar transformations that happen simply because one learns to get out of one's own way, allowing change to blossom naturally from within! So i think that summarises what Juliet's classes teach..... to trust one's own humanity. Rather than trying to impose some technique onto oneself.”

“What an amazing and fun experience! Highly recommend it, all staff are very professional and they makes you feel comfortable. They welcomed me with a huge smile and then it was time for a very accurate briefing, I could also choose the flight path and flyzone. Once ready to leave is time for a complete a pre flight check and explanation; petrol, oil, air vent, tires… Experience at 360 degrees! The weather was a bit windy but my instructor did an outstanding job, once in the air I could take control of the plane and fly the plane myself, I was so excited to speak with control centre as they made us aware of other planes in the area and diverted our flight path accordingly. 10/10 experience!”

“I highly recommend Equippers Kids to all parents looking for a daycare that keeps you well-informed, is based on Christian values and ensures the upmost safety of your child. As first time parents, we had been searching for a child care centre that made us feel at ease when we had to go back to work. We visited over 12 different centres across Central and South Auckland and Equippers kids was a real standout. The teacher to child ratio is fantastic, there are rooms & playgrounds dedicated to each age group so we didn't have to worry about our son getting bowled over by bigger kids, and they follow a wonderful education curriculum. Some of the activities our son gets to do has really helped his development. I also noticed that he has really flourished when it comes to his social skills - he has grown in to a very confident young boy. We started our son when he was 13 months and have had no regrets. The biggest sign for us that it is a great place to be, is that our son walks in to the centre and waves goodbye to us with a big smile on his face. He is excited to go to school each day and for parents whom were nervous to leave our son in the care of others, there is nothing more reaffirming! If you are considering Equippers kids, you have come to the right place! It is also very affordable considering that they are fed multiple healthy meals & snacks a day and provide nappies. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would!”

“I tried to learn Guitar in Intermediate School, but always felt like the classes weren't structured enough, I then joined AGS in 2016. At the school, every lesson has a meaning, where you can walk away and feel like you're improving every week. Dylan is a great teacher because he helps you understand music rather than just play it, and this has led to a quick progression in my skill that I didn't think was possible. With this understanding, I can now look at new music on my own and feel like what was once daunting is possible, if I stop to think about what's written on the page in front of me.”
