   We noticed that after losing several key staff at another local childcare centre, our daughter was not achieving the same results as our son was at the same age, and was not shaping up to be ready for school. Several friends had recommended Kiddiewinkles and after a couple of short visits we decided to move her there. Wow, what an impact! Our daughter has improved in leaps and bounds, and is so much happier at drop off time and often does not want to leave when we pick her up! Also, the location is just across the road from Huapai District School where our son attends, so now we only have one drop off and pick up. BONUS! The staff and owner Allen are absolute legends, and really go out of their way to make the centre the very best they can. I can’t recommend them enough!

The teachers here are incredibly caring and professional — they always keep us updated and provide thoughtful, practical advice whenever any issues come up. Our son has absolutely loved his time here. He’s grown in confidence and made a smooth transition to primary school, which we’re so grateful for. It’s clear that for Owner Allen, this is much more than just a business. His passion for early childhood education really shines through in the details and the way he’s hands-on involved every day. Kiddywinkles is being an ECC Award winner this year with no surprise at all! Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive environment in the Kumeu area.

   Highly recommend Kiddywinkles for anyone looking for nurturing, thoughtful early childhood care. We’ve had both our son and daughter attend Kiddywinkles Huapai, moving through different rooms - from the toddler areas to the preschool room. The teachers are incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive, and our kids clearly feel a strong sense of belonging and connection. Our daughter still loves to visit and say hi to her preschool room teachers, which says so much about the bonds formed there. Allen (the owner) is always visible and approachable. He’s continuously striving to improve the center, organizes community and charity events, and greets everyone with a smile. We truly couldn’t have found a better place for our kids.

   A fantastic daycare with a super convenient location — especially handy if your kids attend the local school. The staff are warm, welcoming, and made my child feel safe and settled right from the start. It’s a professional operation with great systems and checks in place, which really gives me peace of mind.    Giraffe’s environment is elegant and safe. It is fully equipment. The food is good quality and hygienic. Teachers are nice and good educated. They are loving children. Children are very happy there.
