The care and staff here are unmatched. There is no one else out there that will take better care of your children or love them like you do. They take extra time to listen to you, they listen to your child, update you about whatβs going on. Let you know every single thing. The staff have been so wonderful, lovely, kind and caring. Canβt ask for a better centre or better team of people. A little pushy on things but thatβs because they know whatβs best for you and your child and it pays to listen. My son loves going there, all the worries I had seem silly now. Itβs the perfect place and I couldnβt imagine sending my son anywhere else!

Our experience at Best Start Botany Road has been nothing short of amazing, especially with our kids transitioning from home (only stayed with either mum or dad).
The team is truly amazing and extremely patient. With both kids they allowed us to set our own pace, without leaving us feeling judged or rushed, it was a big and scary step and they made it much easier.
Our daughter (4 at the time) was extremely difficult and fussy, she only settled months after we started. It was hard work, but the team was dedicated and consistent. Warm cuddles and visits from her BFF (aka Bron) was really helpful in this process (she is 6 now and still speaks fondly of Bron, she made a really big impression on both my kids).
She also grew very close to Yulong and Suzy who always made her feel safe and seen. Since then, she blossomed into a confident, outgoing, and independent girl because of them, and I am so grateful for that.
Now, with our son, we've seen the same dedication. His transition went remarkably well, thanks to their consistent support.
Drop-offs are now a breeze, complete with a hug and kiss goodbye! He is excited to go to school everyday, and has already formed close bonds with the teachers, Nira helped him feel safe from the very start and is a clear favorite (getting good morning hugs almost every day!) and Erin is absolutely great with him (also getting cuddles now). All the teachers are so kind and make him feel safe, and this makes my heart very happy.
They truly deserve recognition for their ability to handle even the trickiest little personalities. I'm incredibly glad to have found such an amazing centre.

My son hasn't been at this school for very long, but as parents, we already feel so at ease knowing he's in such good hands. His teacher, Erin, is truly born to work with children. She made him feel welcome from the very beginning. The Pukeko Room team is amazing, and the communication is outstanding. Weβre always updated on our childβs progress, and it's clear they genuinely love and care for the kids. Since starting, our son has become more verbal and adventurous. We couldnβt be happier with the positive changes weβve seen!

Such caring and lovely people here, have 2 attending currently and the stuff made the transition so easy, if you have a child that glues to you or a home body, they help support you and the child. In no time, my child would run and wave bye to me and that's made me comfortable knowing he's happy there

What an excellent pre-school this is! They make a huge effort in creating a safe and fun learning environment. The staff are all very friendly, loving and helpful. My twins love going to school so much, I have to beg them to get in the car to go home in the afternoon.

Our 2 daughters have been going to Best Start Botany for 3 months now and they absolutely love it. The staff are lovely and very caring, and they make great efforts to teach the kids about diversity, different cultures and customs, which I love. Would recommend to everyone!
