    Worst experience ever!!! Recommend by Tesla (couldn't stop wondering why?) no email reply, phone has never been answered by anybody except receptionist from main line, but after being transferred to the right department, absolutely nothing, I have tried in days!!! I blindly believed there's a reason why Tesla recommends this company that I have never heard of. But I was totally wrong. It's a very small team handling Tesla customer volume, just not capable. AA sort it out with me in 20 minutes. Everything got covered for my new car, glass roof, no problem. I don't even need to pay within 14 days after being covered! Fantastic.

    Terrible Experience! After being talked at via disclaimers and scripts and the avoidance of answering basic questions, I was then sent the disclaimers to read myself whilst on the call. I asked very standard and basic questions, after which another disclaimer was read to me as opposed to simply answering my questions. The WORST of it though, come during one of the verbal disclaimers I heard that they will not provide cover (but that’s ONLY for acts of god or severe weather events -fire/flooding etc) for the first 72 hours! When I enquired as to why, I was placed on hold for a third time while the agent consulted his underwriters. Upon return, he mentioned that if I could predict the weather ahead of time then there may be an option........ I suggested maybe worthwhile since it’s my first home, maybe I could take out the cover/policy at least 72 hours prior to settlement, hoping that my new home would then be covered......... Nope! Can’t do that either, as I don’t own the home Until settlement/taking possession! Moral of the story - You are personally liable for damages of the above mentioned points during the first 72 hours of ownership regardless of the fact you pay the premium for insurance coverage. I firmly believe that this policy (which I was informed, is set in place and government LAW), should be addressed as a matter of urgency. I would urge you to do your own research and NOT to take out a policy with this company regardless of their relationship with ANZ bank.
