The front desk staff (Receptionists) demonstrated excellent service with clear and effective communication. However, I found Jacinda’s conduct to be lacking in professionalism. Her service did not meet expected standards and failed to align with the principles outlined in the New Zealand Code of Rights.
I have visited twice recently for different appointments and was very pleased. Booking was easy, got in literally the next working day. All the staff were pleasant. The new building is lovely, although clearly still a bit under construction. Will be fantastic once 100% finished.
Auckland Radiology Remuera has such a beautiful and welcoming space. I had such a great experience with them today. I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the sonographer who helped me, but she was very kind. I truly appreciated it as I was anxious about my appointment. I felt completely at ease under her care.
My MRI went smoothly, well looked after by the staff who communicated clearly and were friendly. My appointment ran to time, very efficient and professional. I was lucky to get the last car park on the driveway and it was full under the building but the limited parking is due to the construction next door. There should be more parking when they move to the new building, expected to be Sept 2025. Very good service.
Great experience. Receptionists were lovely. Appointment was at 9:15am, they advised me to be there earlier however I came at 9:15. I was stressed that I was late, and she felt that - she told me to not worry about it and that I wasn't late. It was a quick appointment. Friendly staff.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional service! Also most of the workers’ face without any smile, seems like they don’t want to make any more eyes contact or conversation. Especially their receptionists! Three of them are sitting there, just doing their own things, no one welcomes you, pretending they didn’t see you when you are standing in front of the desk and they don’t even try to help for your request. Worst experience ever compares with other radiologies that I have visited before. Won’t choose this radiology again! Ruined my day!
After returning to Reception as instructed after my procedure, I waited, without being acknowledged for 4 minutes. I was the only person waiting and no telephones were answered. Two receptionists continued with their paperwork, even leaving their desks to find staplers etc. At THEIR convenience I was attended to. I’m sure this unprofessional sloppiness is not what you want in this front line position.
Seriously one of the best experiences I have had from all 4 pregnancies . Reception and sonographer so kind and just treated us with care and understanding. Pregnant brain I forgot the referral form and they were very understanding and helpful with us getting the form and having scan A+++++ experience. We will definitely be back
