“Pretty huge iconic store in Manukau mall. It is an unsaid rule in our to visit this store if we are in Manukau mall. Ample variety of almost everything available. I or rather my better half particularly like the range of cosmetics. The kids section has a lot of variety. Some furniture and kitchen appliances also available but not a huge selection. The staff is helpful and courteous. Parking is not a problem since it is in the mall.”

“Kia Ora, just wanted to leave a 10 STAR review for a beautiful Tongan women named Taila she has such incredible customer service and her kindness radiates from her. When I first met her she was wearing a beautiful Kiekie (traditional Tongan clothes) for the week of the language, while assisting me in what to gift my partner she educated me on all of the things she learnt while barbering. “New World Botany is our favourite supermarket in Botany. My husband and I always do our grocery shopping there because New World Botany is very clean and tidy. Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Karen who always helps customers pack their grocery nice and tidy in our recycled bags. She always greets customers and has a friendly chat with them too. There are lots of parking space at Botany Town Centre near Flight Centre. Lots of mobility parking lots are available for those who have mobility permit. We highly recommend you to go there and do your grocery shopping if you live in Botany or East Auckland.”

“Exceptional Service! One staff member truly stood out during my visit last week — I believe his name is Willis. I first noticed him as I entered through the ramp entrance; he passed by with a friendly smile and picked up every bit of litter along the way. Throughout my shopping trip, which lasted over an hour, I kept seeing him actively working — always on the move, always attentive. His dedication and strong work ethic were so impressive that I asked another team member for his name and role. Later, I saw him again, clearing boxes and picking up items that had fallen from shelves. And then again as I was checking out he was their assisting customers. I took a moment to compliment him on his incredible effort and mentioned how I’d noticed he hadn’t stopped working since I arrived. He responded with a polite smile and genuine appreciation. I went back today, and they honored yesterday's sale price(which was a huge price difference to today's price).Was very impressed with their ethics and customer service.”
