The clothing section looked fabulous for such a busy day and she was the only employee I saw even attempting to have it looking proper! She helped me at my worst after feeling like a whale in a sundress but she made me realise I am beautiful regardless, I went out for lunch later on in that same dress and have never felt more fabulous, truly life changing customer service xx Sue-Ann.”

“This place is perfect for an hours entertainment and fitness for toddlers, kids and adults. It’s quieter and has a more local feel so that the instructors can play with the kids and the little ones have space to jump and run. My mum has brought my son here for their toddlers play hours during the week and they loved that too!”

“I’ve taken my kids to Auckland Adventure Park a few times and they absolutely love the luge and the 4D cinema! It’s a fantastic place for children aged 4 through to teens. For younger kids—especially those in preschool and primary school—it’s an amazing venue for birthday parties. Their castle-themed party room is a real highlight, perfect for children who love medieval and knight-themed adventures. For older kids, the zipline and VR games offer plenty of excitement too. Highly recommended for a fun family day out or a memorable birthday celebration!”

“We had my son’s 3rd birthday here over the weekend and it was such a great experience. Everything was handled really well and I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. The party host Kaira was so attentive and lovely and made us all feel very welcome. The rooms was decorated nicely , the food was all out very quick and the kids had so much fun! Thanks so much! “I have changed over to my prescription meds pickup to Chemist Warehouse Silverdale recently as prices are way better and the stock is 5x larger than regular pharmacies. It is always busy there with plenty of helpful staff often stocking up shelves. Most know where stuff is.”

“Profoundly upset & frustrated to learn that The Warehouse has been been strong-armed out of Milford Mall, despite the Group's offer of favourable financial terms & the overwhelming support of locals in the area. We are losing the ONLY outlet providing DIY, Gardening, Furniture, Crafts, Home/Kitchen Ware, Appliances, Tech, - to name a few. It's a lovely, peaceful place with delightful ambiance. The last thing we need is a gym!”

“Pretty good place to swim at however it does get a bit cold sometimes especially in winter. Usually in holidays the fun lane at daytime does get quite a lot of people going there. They have really nice staff there and are very helpful. The elevator which is outside the doors below the stairs to the left sometimes does take a while for it to come down and open sometimes. Its pretty nice since most of the time in the mornings all the other lanes do not have much people swimming there so theres usually plenty of lanes.”

“Massive range of fabrics and bedding. From the outside the shop looks small but it is quite large in there and has more than you would think. I was looking for iron on patch material and the staff were happy to help even though it was 20 minutes to closing. The fabrics is upstairs so if you have mobility issues the stairs might be an issue.”

“Second time coming to Pakuranga Chipmunks, each time was on my daughter’s birthday. We arrived on a Friday just after 09:30am and although it was a cloudy, wet and cold day…. The moment you enter the store you are welcomed with a ray of fun music and lights, a perfect way to spend your days indoor. My 2 year old enjoyed her time so much we stayed until 1:30pm! There’s a baby area with soft padded floors for your baby to crawl there way around and explore, there’s a 0-5 playground with sensory toys, musical piano, slide, and an upstairs playground with mirror maze, trampoline, walking rope and more slides - adults can fit too, I managed to comfortably explore alongside my 2 year old daughter, very study platforms. At an extra cost there are machine rides too. There’s also a 5-11 years area/playground that looked fun, we did explore the lower levels which had a large ball pit with a huge interactive screen projector where you throw the balls to eliminate the animal. If your child gets a bit bored of this playground there are arcade games along the back end of the store (extra cost) and a mini basketball court too. There are ample seats and tables close by to playgrounds. We ordered food from the cafe, for $39 I got the chicken burger combo & chicken nugget combo. A bit on the expensive side but the chicken burger was delicious (buns were soft and fresh) and they do have good coffee. Toilets were spotless and clean, a separate changing room for babies as well and a cool feature that I noticed was an area tucked around the corner from the cafe (outside of party room areas) was a set of comfy couches which is perfect for our breastfeeding māma’s who needed a comfortable private space to BF baby without the distractions of kids running around. Shoutout to the lovely owners for their awesome customer service, the lovely lady April was so attentive and I wish their business well for the future. Highly reccommend”

“I went to the store this afternoon to grab a drawer liner, but to my surprise, I found a big mirror I’d been searching for everywhere, it was finally in stock! I knew I had to get it before it was gone again. The floor staff, Lei and her two colleagues, were amazing. They helped me bring the mirror to the checkout and even assisted me in loading it into my car. I’m really grateful for their help. “Pretty huge iconic store in Manukau mall. It is an unsaid rule in our to visit this store if we are in Manukau mall. Ample variety of almost everything available. I or rather my better half particularly like the range of cosmetics. The kids section has a lot of variety. Some furniture and kitchen appliances also available but not a huge selection. The staff is helpful and courteous. Parking is not a problem since it is in the mall.”

When I first met her she was wearing a beautiful Kiekie (traditional Tongan clothes) for the week of the language, while assisting me in what to gift my partner she educated me on all of the things she learnt while barbering. “Emma was amazing! I tried looking everywhere for a limited edition ‘anti bullying’ tee shirt and couldn’t find one. I approached Emma who had initially said they had sold out. She offered to have another look just incase. She insisted although she didn’t have to. To my surprise she came back after a few minutes and handed me the tee which was perfect. It was the very last one. Emma was very efficient, patient and accommodating. Thank you Emma for going over and above. I appreciate your excellent service.
