This is one of the best indoor playgrounds in Auckland. But it is pricey. It is well equipped and tidy - even their toilets are well maintained (sandals are provided for you to wear). My kids have been coming here for the last 2-3 years. Their favourites are the trampolines, slides and merry-go-around. Different to other places, there's a massive claw machine filled with stuffed toys. It's pricey to use (separate to entry costs). But we had to try it once to appease the kids curiosity (as well as us adults) lol. The food from the cafe is tasty but also pricey. My kids love their eggs benny, pizza, muggets and drinks. This indoor playground is good for treating the kids for special occasions but it does all add up.

The customer service are too direct and straight forward and no smile. Customer services elevate the experience especially in a gorgeous place like this. Food is average and portion size is way too small compared to other cafes. Only 2 toilets available at the cafe. Cafe has a huge potential to succeed and do well as it’s aesthetically pleasing. Will not return unless we have a child.

I can see this place being absolutely amazing for children, super family friendly and both cafe and playground sections are wonderfully set up and still quite ambient despite the hectic playful background of children being present. As the for the food it was your standard cafe brunch food, normal expected portions, slightly on the lackluster side of more modern cafes that are popping up in Auckland now, but none the less ok with the feed. Wouldn’t go back for the food per day but would recommend it to anyone with children and a family friendly place! -got the standard eggs Benny with bacon, it was just alright, have had better Benedict’s -cabinet looked pretty stocked though, I’m sure you can’t go wrong with the dessert picks, closer look at savory it was eh hence I went for the menu

Beautiful place, but they are very overpriced. Meals are small. The bao buns also had the thinnest piece of pork I have ever had. Tasted fine, but I would have expected more. The kids' meals were probably the best.

Nice playground and the coffee is ok (price and taste). However the food is tooooooo EXPENSIVE. They have by far the most expensive burger I’ve ever have in Auckland. The docket shows I got a chicken burger and charged $18.5, but I actually got a veg burger with avocado and eggs only.

Quite expensively priced food. Mango smoothie wasn’t that great however did enjoy the scotch fillet sandwich although the expensive price. Not somewhere I would go every day however a nice treat being joint with the kids playground where you can let the kids run wild while you enjoy some food. The pizzas are small for the price you pay. Best to eat elsewhere after children are done playing

Not a big place but loads of fun areas for the kids. Cafe is on the other side of the glass and serves excellent quality food along with great friendly service. There are staff roaming continuously keeping the playground clean, safe and supervised at all times. Bean bags are placed in the play area for parents to relax while watching kids go crazy. Everything is padded and in working order. There's also tables and chairs for dining just outside the play area. They also have a hippo mascot who roams every now and then for the kids to marvel around. They have a human claw (Paw) machine at $20 per go which is super fun and rewarding for every participating child. There is a height and weight limit though so its best to check with staff before putting your child on. They have a party room for hire and also run holiday programmes for kids. Highly recommended for any occasion as its endless fun as we saw. Our kids loved every minute of it. Thank you Hippo Playground!
