   We absolutely love Flippin’ Fun! My girls always have an amazing time here. Brad and his team are fantastic — super friendly, helpful and always full of energy. The young guys who run the activities with the kids are great, they’re always fun and engaging, and they make every visit really exciting for the kids. We’ve also celebrated several birthday parties here and they’ve all been a huge hit. Such a fun, well-run place. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

   This place is perfect for an hours entertainment and fitness for toddlers, kids and adults. It’s quieter and has a more local feel so that the instructors can play with the kids and the little ones have space to jump and run. My mum has brought my son here for their toddlers play hours during the week and they loved that too!

   We recently hosted a birthday party at this trampoline park and had a fantastic experience! The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating—he gave us a comfortable space to decorate and set up a medium-sized birthday display, and even allowed us to bring our own food and catering, which made things so much easier for us. The staff were amazing with the kids, keeping them entertained and making sure everything ran smoothly. All our guests had a great time and were really impressed with the venue. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a fun, stress-free party for kids. Thank you again for making the day so special!

   Place was average as and apparently, they are ok with children as young as 3/4 yo being left unattended and alone at the establishment while parents leave to go shopping. I had a poor young boy approach me when I was there all alone in tears no parents there at all staff at the place were not watching him at all and its not there responsibility but what they are responsible for is making sure all children there have someone to watch them. Its not daycare service, and they are not teachers. To many children are being hurt and going missing because of this type of carelessness it's disgusting, and you guys need to do better

   Hidden gem in West Auckland! My son recently had his birthday party there and had so much fun. Brad, the owner, was a gentleman, really kind and courteous around both adults and children. Hire of the room upstairs was perfect for letting the adults chat, eat and observe the kids from the balcony, taking all the stress away from knowing where they all were (unlike some of the bigger trampoline places were you could easily lose a kid among the chaos). Staff were friendly and polite. Thanks again for having us, we will be back soon!

   today I came with my niece and 3 year old son. The owner (older man) was playing dodgeball with a group of kids who had a birthday booked there and were also playing with pool noodles. My son saw a pool noodle on the ground and as toddlers do - got interested and wanted to play with it so went to pick it up. The man snatched it off my son and threw it on the ground away from him, shook his hand in my sons face and said “that is for staff.” The way he done it was extremely unprofessional and mean towards a toddler, my son walked off crying. If he had told him nicely and kindly he can’t play with that it would have been fine but he did it in the rudest way possible. He should absolutely not be running a business where kids come to daily if he cannot act with kindness and have patience towards them. Extremely disappointed in his service and will not be back ever again.

   recently visited a FlippinFun and had a blast! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making me feel confident in its safety. The trampolines were top-notch and offered endless hours of fun for both kids and adults alike. Even though there wasn't a foam pit, there were still plenty of other activities that kept us entertained. From jumping and bouncing to playing trampoline basketball, we never had a dull moment. Overall, my experience at the FlippinFun was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and energetic way to spend their day!

   Great place for kids to spend extra energy. The sessions run by the clock so you will have to go in on sharp or you will be charged the same but play less time. There is also an open space party rooms upstairs you can hire but i thought it wouldn't be good as do much noise and interferences

   Great place for wearing kids out. Clean safe facility with good staff. Most are students, the owner is quietly spoken but well mannered gentleman, hard to see how anyone could be offended in some of the other reviews. After a quick chat and request the owner also accepted a voucher we had even though technically the conditions were not fully met. That's what everyone needs more of in the society, talk and work things out. We would have gotten coffee from the place if we had known they make great coffee. We had just gotten them from cafe next door before coming in. Owner allowed plenty of time for explaining rules, is polite and gentle with the kids. A couple of rules around grown ups on the trampolines might be needed as we saw a couple of "Young parents" behaving like they were teenagers in their rumpus room, banging about on the middle raised island. Jumping really high with kids as young as 2 around. It is very easy to hit a child and conversely hard to live with the fact of injuring a child or worse. The premises are fantastic, great staff. In the last visit we saw the venue is available for parties and kids birthdays etc. which is a bonus and we will be considering this venue next. Hidden Gem in West Auckland!
