“Good experience picking your own strawberries, we were told there was a large group the day before so we would really have to look for strawberries and mentioned their other branch just down the road, we ended up staying and we found some good juicy red ones. It wasnt busy when we got there but got abit busy when we left. Best to go when they open, and also try the ice creams next door. Overall awesome experience. Oh and you can also eat as you pick lol”

“Recently had my 50th birthday party here, hired the whole upstairs with a DJ. Was a fantastic evening. Plenty of food to feed 70 guests. I had a lot of people complementing the venue and food. Staff were great, no complaints. Would highly recommend as a venue.”

From the freshly baked focaccia with whipped ricotta and honey to the charcuterie board, the starters set a high standard. For vegetarians, the pumpkin risotto with truffle peas and goats’ cheese is a standout dish. “A much higher end Korean BBQ restaurant that is justified as the entire dining experience is top notch. I was afraid there were no tables available as I hadn't booked but I was warmly welcomed on arrival. The restaurant has a beautiful interior, almost like Victorian style with a large and bright kitchen. Their menu has a range of freshly cut meats and food items and they recently have a summer menu consisting of many cold and marinated seafoods. We got two types of meat and from their seasonal menu we got the crab cold noodles and marinated raw prawns. The bonus to this reataurant is that it's charcoal BBQ. Everything was delicious, especially the seasonal menu. While you are cooking and eating, staff are constantly looking after their customers and will help you grill your meat and changing your BBQ rack for you. The crab cold noodles contain an entire marinated crab with spicy noodles (even though I was expecting crab meat) which was a bit difficult to eat but you can always ask staff to give you a pair of those disposal gloves. This place is a real treat and I appreciate such attentive customer service from staff. The price point would be considered on the higher side but is justified with the high quality of customer serivice and food.”

“Has a family dinner here. Went early as had kids, plenty of tables and prompt friendly service. There was a special with certain meals two for the price of one - great deal so would definitely check the specials. Good drink selection, free car parking and food was good as well.”

“We cycled from the city to San Heleus Bay on the weekend and found this restaurant when we got hungry. we were satisfied with the service, the fast food serving speed and the food itself. As a vegan, I seemed to have only one option: acai bowl, However, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was good, so I was still quite content. It would be even better if there were more vegan choices.”

“Really good fish and chips! Had a piece of battered snapper (fab) and a scoop of chips. The chips were good and crispy which is hard to find! My partner had the fish burger and said that was tasty too. We had 2 scoops between us and it was a very generous serving.”

“We attended a private function here. It is a lovely beachside setting with a variety of indoor and outdoor seating options. The atmosphere is airy, with a nautical themed decor. The reason I would come back is for the food. I had chicken with creme brulee for dessert, and my husband had the steak followed by a cheese plate. I rarely order chichen out but was tempted by the description and not disappointed it was tender, and the flavour was incredible. I would return based on this dish alone. Service was great, efficient and friendly but not intrusive.”

“Delicious cafe that has always delivered. This is very hip and trendy and so, appropriately, the flavours are huge. Everything is very well seasoned and full of personality, as well as plated beautifully. They will switch out bits of dishes to accommodate allergies. The service is quick and polite. The toilets are clean .. though almost offensively bright! The location is a very cool one with some parking. Usually plenty of space inside as it's really big. I have yet to try the cabinet food because the plated menu is so good, but it looks absolutely delicious.”
