   Very nice dinner, it was fresh and chips were perfectly crispy. After reading reviews saying the fish was smelly it made me think that it might not be nice but the snapper we had was good.

   When you guys first took over the store, the food wasn’t bad at all, but now I'm not too sure whats going on but your chips are always well over fried and same with the rest of the food that we have ended up with extremely dry food the last 3 times. We thought it may have been a one off but have realised it isn’t anymore sadly. Hopefully this review helps you guys get it sorted. :)

   Went and ordered a cheeseburger with a hash brown, good price of only $8.60. They were quite busy and I was really appreciative of the young guy working in the front taking orders, he was so apologetic about the 20 minute wait, he has really great customer service and served his customers with an upbeat attitude and smile. You can see they are really trying their best to serve great food and great customer service. Well done, I know how hard it can be in hospitality when it’s busy!

   Absolutely AMAZING !!!!!! Dont stop what you are doing, you have a winning formula. Snapper was super fresh and juicy and tasted less than 24hrs old. Better still, once we had finished our fish and chips there was only a tiny bit of oil on the paper. Cant wait to come back. And after reading your reviews we got the chicken burger too which was amazing !!!! Well done team :)

   This place really has declined in quality of food and friendliness of staff. Kumara chips were overpriced and overcooked, for the price it was basically just a couple in one scoop. Chicken burgers were good, still very pricey. This place used to be amazing, disappointed to see it end up like this, sorry.

   Used to be the best takeaways on the coast. Sadly, just a total ripoff now with new ownership. Food is average, but the biggest disappointment is the price increases weighed against the pathetic portion sizes! Owners claim portions are by weight but this is untrue as I weighed $5 chips (625g) once home at 275g which was barely enough for my 4 year old! Owners claimed an error had occurred but this is untrue as all recent visits have been the same. Also not happy that when I called to complain they did nothing but argue. Eventually offered a $5 store credit. Such a shame, sadly will never be going back.
