   The food was chewy and bland, specifically the meat. Tasted cheap and low quality. Never tasted such before, and to experience it was unpleasant. The drinks tasted cheap, disappoint for a jug to be worth $11 too. Really expensive for such disgusting food. Service was also disappointing, pancakes were thin and burnt, the cooks also seemed to not understand english when we asked about the state of our pancakes. Just walked back inside the kitchen, ignoring what we requested. Very unstatisfied. Reccommed Manukau Genghis over this, bad place to eat if you want to stay hungry with the amount of bad quality food and drinks they offer. Do better.

   First impression 5*s food presentation 5* availability 3* not topped up quick enough cooking 5* child supervision 2* caused me to drop my plate to catch her from smacking into corner careless family adults maybe more notices displayed. We would go again. 20 plus people group payment $$$$$ worth it.

   We went tonight and had a reservation for my Son's birthday. The thing that makes this place great is the staff, lovely helpful staff, my humble hats off to the chef cooking on the hot plate you are awesome and very polite. The food was great! Lovely fresh food nice and clean. I can see the lovely lady cleaning very thoroughly after people have left their tables. I observed the staff always saying thank you and just using excellent manners. My parents have dined after 12 plus years and we're very pleased loved everything, food is great keep it up awesome place to eat at. We were enjoying so much neither of us remembered to take some pictures of the food. But well worth it for the price you pay.

   It's a really good place to eat. Ingredients are always fresh, and the mini buffet they have available is just perfect. This is our go-to Gengis as it's always clean and they have such great service and smiles always. Also, be sure to try out the Pins Kitchen inside the bowling alley next door. It's a hidden little gem, and the food is amazing!! Support Locals. Keep up the good work, Gengis team

   I just love this place! I love that you are able to choose fresh ingredients, with your own selection of oils and spices, and have it prepared to perfection in front of you, served hot and fresh. I absolutely love love their seafood chowder and their soft garlic bread. It's so good. I could eat only that and be happy. There is a big selection of vegetables, which I really like. There's also a huge selection of different meats, which most people will appreciate. There is ready prepared food, and a good selection of salads. For dessert you can have hot cakes and ice cream. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and keep clearing the tables.
