Thank you for bearing with me and helping me from when I got into the shop until me leaving.. thanks for taking my stuff to the car as well. You never complained and you made sure I got everything I needed… You are so humble as well!!! Even tho I wanted to give you a tip, you just kept on saying thanks. “May 2023 Back again fow a few items in between our regular shop. The store very clean and tidy as usual. Jan 2023 A quick visit was carried out today. Shop is still very clean and tidy. Shelves are well stocked and presented. The self service checkouts are very easy to operate and can make shopping less time consuming. Earlier visit Easy store to shop in. Products are well laid out and there is always a store staff member close by who will off assistance if required.”
“My favourite supermarket, I go here multiple times a week and have been doing this for around 5 years. Relatively small store with a tonne of selection. All the staff are incredible and they are always polite, helpful, and keep shelves stocked. Beats any supermarket in west Auckland radius by a long shot.”
“Such a clean and tidy store. Carparking is great for smaller vehicles, if you're in an SUV be nice to everyone and park towards the back!”
“Plenty of parking spaces. The store is well laid out inside. Not many checkouts operating and no self checkout facilities. Checkout staff was friendly”
“I just want to acknowledge the excellent customer service received from Ford recently. Very supportive, helpful, friendly, kind & professional. I had a real dilemma & he went out of his way to help me to solve a problem i had. His customer service was exceptional. Definitely qualities of a future manager! Thank you Ford.”
“Specially made this account for the sake of thanking the kind worker who helped me locate an item that was shown available online but in store I could not for the life of me find. His Name is unique , starts with a “ G “ is all I remember. I hope this gets back to him, he helped me Thursday morning 16 October. Big smile, no hesitation. You deserve some recognition. Drove from Manukau. Awesome first impressions.”
“Richard is so lovely. 5 stars for Richard, give him a raise and never let him leave. How can someone constantly project so much happiness every time we are in store? He never fails. Thank you Richard”
“Kmart Manukau, located in the bustling Manukau Supa Centa on Cavendish Drive, is the largest Kmart in New Zealand, spanning nearly 5,000 square metres. One of its most appealing features is its 24/7 operation, making it a convenient destination for shoppers at any hour, particularly shift workers and night owls. The store offers an impressive variety of affordable products, from homewares and furniture to clothing, toys, and electronics, making it a popular one-stop shop for families and individuals alike. Customers frequently praise the spacious layout, which generally allows for easy navigation even during busier periods. However, due to its popularity and large catchment area, Kmart Manukau can become especially busy on weekends and during sales, with long queues at checkouts and crowded aisles becoming more common. While many shoppers have noted helpful and friendly staff members, others have reported inconsistencies in customer service, ranging from difficulty locating assistance on the floor to mixed experiences at the checkout. Additionally, there are recurring concerns about store organisation—products can sometimes be misplaced, shelves untidy, and price tags either missing or not matching register prices. Cleanliness is another area where feedback varies, with some customers finding the store neat and well-kept, while others describe cluttered or messy conditions during peak times. One practical drawback mentioned in several reviews is the lack of accessible restroom facilities within the store, which can be inconvenient, particularly during late-night visits when other nearby amenities may be closed. Overall, Kmart Manukau remains a go-to shopping destination for many Aucklanders due to its size, range, and 24/7 convenience. However, customers planning to visit on weekends or during busy periods should be prepared for crowds and allow extra time for their shopping experience. While there are areas that could benefit from improved consistency, the store’s accessibility and product variety continue to attract a loyal customer base.”

You will find everything you need. Ample variety of fresh fruit and juice. The online shopping pickup area is great. The staff are generous and courteous. There is ample parking available. The entrance is from mIn great south road and the opposite road.”
“The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I can always find fresh produce, good-quality meat, and all the essentials I need. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes shopping even more enjoyable. Parking is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. It’s great to have a reliable local supermarket like this!”

“Must try the famous counter drop kick.”
“Slightly limited range yet displayed fabulously! Whitakers manuka honey chocs available here.”
“Good selection of underwear and baby clothes and good deals on some stock and multiple purchases. Definitely worth a look.”
“This is a smaller Woolworth store focusing on the smaller variety of items due to the busy and premium location. In spite of the smaller stock levels, the variety is well maintained and well displayed too. The aisles are wide and clean. The store layout is very intuitive and focuses on deli, quick bites and coffee. Self service check outs are available too with quick payment options. The location is easily accessible but parking is at a premium and very hard to find. Well recommended to get a quick bite or grab smaller items instead of a complete week or month full of shopping.”
“Small but well stocked Woolworths and the staff are really helpful and very nice so it was very happy to shop here”
“Good clean store, friendly smiling staff”
“Sweet, just the way a beach supermarket should be. Like stepping back into the 80s, small and to the point. Has everything you need, easier than the bigger ones to get around. Staff were friendly as. Nice to get away from the chaos at the big ones.”
