“Juilia, Muffy and others at Lakeside Veterinary Centre treated our feisty Bengal cat, LIa, with professional skill and loving care for Lia's life. We are extremely grateful that Julia and colleague were able to come to our house to help ease Lia's death when that became necessary. Lia was completely unstressed in her own home environment, on our lap, besides the fire. It was peaceful and quiet. This meant so much to her grieving human companions - with many thanks to Julia and everyone at Lakeside, Louise and George.”

“Exceptional bedside manner and extremely thorough, Peter Noh walks you through every step of his process from checking for things like facial and throat abnormalities and cancers to pure dental work. He is also very gentle when he works on you and does an extremely good job. As someone who usually hates going to the dentist I can confidently say this is the best and most pleasant dental treatment I have received.”

“Thank you to the Team at The Dentists Whanganui in particular Jino. I turned up for the appointment with massive toothache and was accompanied by a girlfriend as I was terrified to walk in the door. From the very beginning Jino put a tearful lady at ease and made her very comfortable. He formed a plan for my teeth health and then met with my husband and I to explain every procedure that was recommended and why it was recommended. There was no pressure from Jino to have the work completed. Cut a long story short it took nine visits to Jino and one of those was with sedation. I had 3 extractions, 4 fillings and 6 crowns completed. I could not have done this without Jino’s compassion and understanding. He understood that for some just gathering the strength to walk in the door is going to be the hardest thing they do that day. Throughout each visit Jino was patient with me when I needed a bit of a moment and explained each step as he was completing the procedures. To anyone who has not been to the Dentist in a very long time due to being scared of the Dentist ….. Jino is the Dentist to visit.”

“I am relatively new to getting non-invasive cosmetics done. I only started this year, but I must say - i don't think i would have felt as comfortable if Nana, the nurse here at Caci Thordon wasn't as friendly and kind and accepting of all type of silly questions'. I have now come back for lip filler, botox and a cO2 laser treatment and each time Nana has made me feel so comfortable, even with a needle in my lips or forehead. Much love to her!”
