Good service with a friendly team - a smaller variety of Specs than I hoped to choose from, but I'd take good service over that!
Forum (Optometrist) and Liam (optical assistant) were both great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
Received very good service from Specsavers Porirua with a bunch of recent purchases from Claire, Stacey and especially Reddy. They are very accommodating (I changed my mind a few times) and are always friendly and professional.

The staff here were very good - genuinely helpful and professional - something missing in a lot of places now. The store is brightly lit with a large selection of glasses - definitely an improvement on their previous location in North City. I like the way they take you off to the side after you have chosen your frames so you can sit down and even pay here which means you aren't left standing in the shop. My glasses arrived in good time even though I ordered them before Christmas. When I went to pick them up the service was also good and the staff member adjusted an older pair for me which I appreciated. They also have some nice new cases so enjoying my yellow one - makes it easy to find! My only issue was that I ordered my original long distance prescription as a pair of sunglasses but you don't get to try them on (only choose the colour of the shade - brown, grey, green etc). They are much darker than I expected and have had before - not a big deal as I only use them for driving, but was slightly surprised. Otherwise great experience thank you.
Once you step in to Specsavers (Porirua) all the staff there have the most brilliant customer service, they are all very friendly and attentive. Everybody is informative and they have a good team work communication going on that makes you feel comfortable and supported in all areas. Thank you so much Specsavers
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Jess was super friendly, fantastic communication skills and product knowledge. Jess made finding the right set of glasses very easy, and hassle free. Highly recommend and definitely will be back again in the future.
Great service. Heaps of great eyewear options. I love that my AA and Southern Cross Insurance Membership are recognized and easily worked into rewards and payment.
Great service from Optometrist who was professional and polite. Good selection of frames. No one in front for quite a while when we were ready to buy was only hiccup. Wait time from ordering to collecting was pretty good.
Always excellent service, Claire is the best. I went into Specsavers to make an appointment, to be told by a young sales person, that I couldn't get my eyes tested, I had to wait till next year. I was very disappointed that she said that,as she didn't know my circumstances.
