   I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while so wasn't sure what to expect. However everything was easy. Reception were helpful and the dentist was very clear about what work I might need doing and why. At the same time I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. I will definitely go back.

   A heartfelt thank you to the team at Newtown Dental — particularly Dr Monty, who came in especially to care for my daughter. After she knocked out a tooth, they saw us immediately and provided ice for her other scooter-related injuries. Their calm, reassuring manner made a world of difference.

   Worst dentist. Bad service I booked an appointment to get an emergency root canal done and they only booked me in to get a check up and now it’s costing me more money to get my tooth fixed thanks!! Hey I am editing this to reply back to you. When I called up I booked and asked for 2 root canals and on the phone I had told the lady I have an infection too you guys were well aware of the situation on the phone. Yes you gave me antibiotics and you also said I needed to take that until the bottle was empty before booking in again. Then you tried to book me in 2 days later on the Sunday how does that make sense ? Also you could have treated me that day I asked the dentist but you guys didn’t book me in for enough time.. it’s funny because the dentist ended up saying well you needed to book in longer then 30 minutes. I then said to her how long does a root canal take ? She replied 2 hours. so when I called up and say I need 2 emergency root canals done that should be a 4 hour appointment maybe even longer if you needed to do a X-ray ect…. You guys are at fault.
