Didn’t have a great experience there. My cat was misdiagnosed. I was told she had the flu, even though I mentioned she had eaten a foreign object. She later had to have emergency surgery at the after-hours vet, as their vet was too junior to perform the procedure once they realized what was actually happening.. won’t be going back.
Recently used their cattery services for our two anxious cats while we had to go away for a few nights. Staff were lovely and cats were well looked after. Great communication from the team when booking the cattery.
Been a number of times, and the staff are always professional yet genuinely caring, knowledgeable and friendly - from reception, through to the nurses and doctors. They are busy but never show the strain. Your family members are 100% in good hands here.
I've been going to Lynda for over 12 years with all my animals and she is just so fantastic, caring and really listens and works with you. Her love for animals is amazing and shows. We love the whole team there and always feel so welcomed.
Excellent staff and affordable pricing, good communication and usually able to get appointments promptly. The staff at Carevets Kilbirnie showed such kindness and compassion when I had to make the decision to put my cat down, and made a really difficult time a lot easier. Highly recommend.

the vets and nurses are very caring. They love each animal and give them good inspections and very valuable information. They help to show how to administer medicine to a very scratchy cat. I appreciate their knowledge of animal care and how they give me good directions on how to keep my cat healthy and most of all happy
