   Total mess on my part a week early omg Doh! Haha. They were fantastic about it and offered better times for the free consultation. I was anxious before the appointment, it quickly faded.. I am really greatful to them for non judgmental understanding and reasurance. I am starting electrolysis on my face. Absolutely not what I had led myself to imagine. I was super anxious before the appointment. All that anxiety faded (thank you Sarah). My first session was over, I brought a tube of cream and then made another appointment. If you choose to go here,, you won't be disappointed. .

   I have had numerous Brazilian waxes done at wax n laser in the past that have always been wonderful but the experience I had the last time I went has changed my mind. Very rushed job, no separating the lips and applying the wax in avoiding the clit area... just wax straight over the top of the entire thing and then ripped off numerous times. Wax left all over me and no plucking of the odd stray hairs that were left. I understand it was the Xmas/new years period but this cost me $80 and I feel traumatised from having my clit almost ripped off.

   Been in a couple of times now and it's always great. Nice clean safe premises and all the staff I've been too are super polite, professional and skilled. They all seem to be really passionate about what they do, and perfectionists. It is paid parking outside, but it's free for 15 minutes, so an eyebrown shape is perfect timing, and it usually means I can park outside the door

   I saw Katie this morning for a laser hair reduction consultation. I am not shy, but I was a bit nervous, as I've never had laser treatments before. Katie put me at ease, explained everything well, and even did the first session with me then and there. Her efficiency was amazing - I was in and out within 30 minutes. I have another session in July, which I am much more relaxed about, now I know what it all feels like (not amazing, but not as bad as waxing).

   Rude customer service. Unnecessary $40 charge for 'cancelling' appointment when just resheduling due to a sick child. Should have taken the sick child with me apparently, bet they'd love it when their staff member goes out sick as a result.
