Iβve been going to Rappaw for my pets for many years, and theyβve always been wonderful. Recently my cat broke his leg, and the care of the vets and vet nurses at Rappaw has been wonderful. Chelsea went above and beyond to determine all the potential options for his care. He is currently seen 1-2 times a week and I feel that they really care about my catβs wellbeing. Thanks for looking after Albus so well!

We love and trust our vet clinic. No matter where we move to we'll keep coming back here. Ian and Anja are brilliant. All the staff are great.

SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have an appointment at 4:30pm but unlucky Iβm stuck on the road and will be bit late for the appointment. I phoned the reception at 4:32pm and tell the lady sorry Iβm late, Iβm already on my way and about 2 mins away. And she is saying if you are not in within 2 mins we will unable to see you! Iβm very shocked. So Iβm trying to drive as fast as I can but unfortunately when I arrive is about 4:38pm and Iβm keep saying sorry about th se late as the traffic is bad. Also I told her I phoned earlier. But she seems doesnβt care at all. she just say we are unable to see you today you need to re book! Nowadays is the customer service should like that?? She is not even just asking how urgent about my dog needs to be checked? Or whatβs wrong with my dog?or maybe checking with the doctor is that still ok to check the dog? Nothing! She just keep repeating Iβm 5mins late then unable to get seen by doctor. Everytime we had appointments over there never get seen by doctor on time and definitely wait more than 10mins every single time! What should we say ? We didnβt say anything as we understand that happens some case may take bit longer than usual. But why the customer donβt get same understanding? If Iβm late for about 15mins or 20mins yes thatβs too late. I called them 2mins pass my appointment time and respect them told them Iβm on my way not far away. The reception staff just doesnβt care! I donβt think the customer service like this is acceptable! Very very bad experience!

One of our cats has heart disease and every at Rappaw has been really kind and helpful in looking after her. They have provided different options of care so that we can make an informed decision on what's best. Thanks team!

Brilliant front desk staff who always make us and our dog feel very welcome. Vets are lovely and great professionals. We've had a few problems with our old boy but their care has seen him with a new lease of life. Thank you all so very much

My cat was booked in for vacation booster. I had to wait over a hour and watched other people come and go before me. Was told my cat that is 18 years old is classed as feisty. When I got in he was purring so much they couldn't hear is heartbeat. Haha.

Gave us a comprehensive diagnosis of our old girl (cat), and gave us a better aging. Being at 15 years she's doing well. This time, we're there to the Paremata branch with Marmalade for a urinary infection, which is all cleared up now. I would have to say they are one of the best vets in the region with branches in Tawa, Paremata, Plimmerton, and Whitby. Pictured are two of our three cats, Possum and Marmalade.

So kind, so caring. No rush as we talked through end of days care with my darling girl, not an easy conversation but I walked out with my girl and am grateful for a few more days or weeks. Thank you team.

I have been to quite a few different vets and I can say hands down that they have been the best to deal with. We have to purchase our cat's food from a vet and this clinic has been the only one who can keep on top of their stock and not make it a huge deal for us to need to purchase it from them! They are also helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate when our pet needs them. They also have amazing and accessible opening hours. It's so nice to be able to deal with a company who understand many people work 9-5 and simply can't make it during work hours. I highly recommend them!
