Absolutely lovely vet I saw on the Sunday before labour's day, (sorry dont remember her name) but surely she must get positive feedback all the time. Even though they were really busy and it was late afternoon, she was thorough and friendly. Totally put this cat mummies mind at ease. Would Totally recommend Totally vets!

The vets and vet nurses here are fab! My only downside was the service from the blonde lady on the service desk. She kept calling my cat an it. She wasn’t very compassionate saying things like “you realise” rather than saying “just to let you know” - came off very cold. My cat was in for an X-ray and I had been told different things from different people I dealt with on the phone and turned up early to drop him off as I was told this was ok. She didn’t seem to like this. When I came back to pick him up she kept referring to him as an it. Luckily he wasn’t dying and I wasn’t upset otherwise her demeanour would have really upset me. I hope I just got her on a bad day and she doesn’t talk to other customers like this. Other than that, the vet nurse who brought my cat out was a star, super lovely and made up for the poor service on the service desk.
Totally Vets Feilding and Pioneer are absolutely amazing. The grooming team in Feilding are awesome! My puppy Valley is settling in quite nicely with his grooming routine and the customer service is always fantastic.
Had to make an emergency midnight trip to Totally Vets a few nights ago with my sick cat. Vet Kelly was amazing and explained everything to us so we could understand. Minty is now doing a lot better, and is on the mend. Thank you Totally Vets and especially Kelly and everyone else working the rough night shifts! We appreciate you!
These vets were awesome in taking our dog in in an emergency. They literally saved his life and we are so grateful. They took great care of him in their ICU. Got him stable so we could take him to Massey to find out what the problem was.
We found an injured Dog full of blood running across streets etc,and you wouldn't Believe it. The Dog walked into this vetenarian while Me and Some other people were trying to get it somehow.The staff working there took the Dog in and that's the last I heard of it. Will definely have to go check what happened if an owner got found or something.Great to see their kindness
