   A pleasant and welcoming reception — both Andrea and Seth made a great team and helped me feel at ease. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. The atmosphere with my dentist, Andre, and his nurse was noticeably tense and unwelcoming, which made the appointment quite uncomfortable.

   Real Dentistry is a great practice and Vanessa, my hygienist, keeps my teeth in top condition.I decided to have a teeth whitening session last week - Vanessa answered all my questions and I had full confidence in what she was doing.    I was 12 minutes late for an appt. I called in and they said still come in. I was told that if I didn’t come in then I wouldn’t be seen until June, which they now say they have appts in February. Only had half my clean done and they charged me twice for consultations. I was then told we were done and that if I wanted the other half of the clean done I would have to pay $170 for it.

Her approach is very smooth and calming, I can't help but falling asleep sometimes during procedures. Also great communication. I'm really glad to have found her as my dentist!

   Haven't visited the dentist in 13 years and today was a good experience. So glad they could see me the next day from which i inenquired about making the appointment. Helen did a wonderful job explaining and taking care of my tooth extraction. Her bedside manner was amazing and kept me at ease as I was anxious at coming to the dentist. Her assistant was wonderful too but I didn't catch her name. And the receptionist is very prompt in emailing you back asap which I appreciated. So glad I chose this dentist.
