The wings were cooked well and zesty from the lemon pepper rub. The fried chicken burger was fresh, the clover sauce delicious and the chicken cooked well and juicy. My partner had the pork belly burger and said it was delicious too. I was surprised at the price of longwhites, more than you'd pay in Auckland at $10.50 per bottle. The bar lady was attentive and nice. The bar was a little run down and needs some TLC but otherwise it was all good.”

Was a bit weird that the chips came out before the pies but this worked out nicely, the aioli and salsa were great. Nice that the pastry goodies were warmed in the oven not a microwave. I was dismayed to see none in the cabinet and asked whatever could I do so as not to disappoint him? Apparently they have been very busy and hadn't had time to make any but at the look on my face quickly offered to have two ready for pick up in 15mins.
