   This is my favorite spot because they are always very kind to me and never let me down when it comes to the quality of the coffee. They always make it just the way I like it, and I highly suggest trying their white mocha, mocha truffle, and crème brûlée lattes. Thanks Karen, your excellent coffees always brighten my day.

   Apart from great coffee, the service is tops. I only go there once a week and despite hundreds of customers through the week, I’m greeted by name and they know my order (which is just an Americano, nothing unique). Such customer service is really special.

   I stopped for a takeaway coffee, saw something on the menu I hadn't see before, asked what it was and was given such a condescending and rude reply. Was totally taken aback by the tone of the response as I feel I had been friendly in my approach. Haven't been made to feel like that in a long time. Was a disappointing experience.
