“I booked a last minute appointment to come here which I found the process very easy. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was warmly greeted with a “Kia Ora” by the reception staff. I instantly felt very comfortable as I am Māori myself. Everything following this interaction was smooth sailing.. I filled in the necessary forms and was almost immediately seen by the dentist. The consult was very quick and it was decided quickly that we would extract 2 teeth, this took no longer than 20 minutes. My experience was very positive and I left feeling that I had all the information I needed but also satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend and would also be coming back in the future. Atmosphere was nice, staff were amazing. Nothing to fault. I’m usually very against the dentist but I have to say this has been my best experience by far.”

First he got assessed and then all the "gaps" in his learning are being "filled in". With regular re-assessments we see his amazing progress. This is due to the supportive one-on-one, individual nature of Kip McGrath lessons. My son ALWAYS comes out after his Kip McGrath lessons happy (even if he says he doesn't want to go sometimes!)
