   I’m a first time customer at Bella Vita and I’m sooooo happy with my hair. But the first thing that struck me about this salon was how personable everyone was. I loved that vibe because I instantly felt welcome. Neve did my full head of foils and the colour is absolutely amazing, and then Lewin did my hair cut, and added some layers that look fantastic and gives my quite long hair a bit more life and texture to it. So I’m very very happy. I will definitely be back! Thanks so much! Also - apologies if I have the hair dressers names wrong, I’m terrible with names, but I really felt that their talents should be acknowledged.

   As a new client of Bella Vita, I noticed a detail with Christine's team that i don't want to go unnoticed. The apprentice's, Neeve and Lily, are a credit to the salon with their training and friendly and relatable communication style. They have a high standard of manners, respect, care and understanding and I never felt like a bother having to reschedule. Product advice and samples were followed through with a phone call later as I had options. They have learnt from the best as Christine was amazing and understanding of all the issues I presented her with! I found it to be a very relaxed yet highly professional experiance.

   I had the most amazing experience at Bella Vita, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Tracey! This was my first visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease after a thorough consultation with Tracey. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The color she chose for me was absolutely perfect for my skin tone, really brightening up my look, and the cut was spot on! She styled it beautifully—every detail was taken care of, and it never felt rushed. The entire team at Bella Vita was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I’d also like to thank Lily for the great support throughout the process. The customer service here is excellent, and I will definitely be recommending Bella Vita to everyone I know. Once again big thanks to Tracey and thank you Bella Vita.

   It was my first time going to Bella Vita, and I will not be going anywhere else! Prior to walking through the door, I knew I was in safe hands after having a pre-arrival consultation over the phone with the wonderful Rachael. If I could use one word to describe Bella Vita, it would be thorough. Once arriving, Rachael sat me down and we had a chat about my current products, inspiration, and my expectations for my hair. She completely exceeded them. The colour she gave me was exactly what I asked for, the cut was perfect, and she styled it fabulously. She even gave me some great tips to recreate the style she gave me. Never once did I feel like anything was being rushed, and I left with some free samples of the shampoo and conditioner and feeling like a million dollars. A few days after I got the cut, I received a follow up thank you for visiting text message. The customer service experience was excellent, and I will be recommending Bella Vita to everyone I know. Thank you Rachael, and thank you Bella Vita! I can't wait to see everyone at my next appointment.
