   GKR instills essential life skills through discipline, amongst other aspects. You do not need to be fit to start or a youngster. It really is adaptable for any size, shape or life stage. Gaining an understanding of the techniques, reasons for them and the opportunity to try them out. Karate improves your confidence every time you get a move right and when you don't, the assurance that you will get it right. You will learn how to use your body correctly. I love it.

   Great club and great people I started in May with my partner our Daughter started in April we decided to join in on the fun and haven't looked back we do a number of classes at 4 different dojos with all different Sensis who are all great and have helped me and my family with our karate taking extra time on us after classes helping us with the techniques to help is grade been a pleasure for us and a journey I have lost over 30kgs since April this year best shape of my adult life achived to get gold in our national tournament along with partner and daughter and get to bond with Daughter and partner more shout out to the awesome senseis Dave,Sharon,Pip,Sam,Rodney,Liam,Chris, Lisa,Jacob,Michelle,Megan,Jess Renchi David and awesome young senpais Oliver and Monty and Hatesh and Liam who have all been really good to us and have taught us alot we will be life time karate students with GKR
