This place is awesome and I love the eskrima hosted here. The uncrowded environment is perfect for me, allowing me to focus on my stick fighting without the outside noise. Any complaints do not understand the complexity of the martial art and Nigel does a great job
Our first age 5-7 years lesson was well organised and the instructors know how to engage and motivate kids at various levels. We appreciated the options available for getting started as well. We look forward to going weekly!

Our three boys have been loving going to their karate classes! Their teacher is fantastic at engaging the kids and keeping them focused whilst having fun.

Awesome martial arts here!! The styles have plenty of variety skills including Zen Do Kai (Freestyle Karate), Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Boxing, Fitness, Self-defense. Not to mention building self confidence etc. The facility is specialty designed and built with a plethora of equipment including heavy bags, all types of pads, mirrors, weights, swiss balls and much more. Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly, some are the highest ranking in New Zealand!!
